Worst pharmacy customer service, unbelievably rude and shameful way to treat any human let alone a customer. I’m disgusted and would suggest taking your prescriptions anywhere else but here

Pharmacy turned me away claiming Walgreens does not accept my insurance for an vaccine appointment that was scheduled online. Different Walgreens less than a mile down the road accepted me as walk in and my insurance. While also confirming all Walgreens accept the same insurance. Absolutely terrible, never again.

I want to preface this with the pharmacy associate was nice and doing her job, the pharmacist is terrible. I called this location to check if a medication was available that has been in a national shortage. I was told I cannot be given that information over the phone so I spent 15 minutes driving to the pharmacy. The medication was available. Thank god. The anxiety I feel attempting to get a refill this year is crippling, causes depressive relapses in my life and makes me want to give up even seeking treatment entirely.I've been living in Daytona temporarily until school starts in the fall when I will move to out of state. I did not want to switch doctors to a doctor in Daytona for a few months only so I continued to travel to Orlando for treatment. My ID matches my prescription. Orlando is roughly an hour away. The pharmacist at this location refused to provide me my medication although the medication was a available because she chose to withhold it for patients who are treated by local doctors. Suggesting I drive a 2 hour round trip to spend what maybe hours individually visiting and check on medication availability in person at local Orlando locations. Absolute bullshit. Executive disfunction makes it incredibly hard to find the medication I need when there is a shortage. To find and then be denied a medication I medically need based on the whims of this pharmacist who works at a nationwide chain and her preference for doctors within a small surrounding radius is ridiculous. I'm unable to even feel mad at this moment. I should feel mad. Instead, I just feel like giving up. The pharmacist at this location was one of the most discouraging interactions I've had in the past year. I would not recommend using this location until the management changes hands.

I give one star because i can't give zero. Never have i been treated so poorly by a \\\"professional\\\" in my life! I went to drop my scripts off in the drive thru when i was told they will not fill my prescriptions. They stopped taking prescriptions from my doctor. Mind you i have been getting my prescriptions filled from my doctor at that walgreens for months before that day. The girl at the window slammed my prescription in the drawer and slammed open the drawer at which point my paper prescription was blown out and i was forced to get out of my car in the drive thru and chase down my papers all while this rude girl was barking at me thru the microphone about how it was not her fault that my papers were blowing out all over. At this point i was angry. How is it ok for a Walgreens employee to treat a customer like this? So i went inside to speak to a manager. I was directed to a tall slender man with an accent who was not wearing a name tag and he would not give me his name or the name of the rude little girl who thinks its ok to treat a person like that. Not just a customer but a person. Nobody should be treated like that or discriminated against like that. I rarely say this but she should be terminated. I was humiliated and treated like a second class citizen by a young woman who showed no signs of being an adult. In my eyes she is still a child and either nepotism or she has a friend on the inside that got her that job because it certainly wasn't her agreeable personality or customer service skills. I will no longer be shopping for anything ever. That being said i was sold a Walgreens discount card that costed me $20. I would like that $20 back please. I will never give another cent of my money to Walgreens ever ever again.

I went to the store asking for an eye solution, I called it by name boric acid eye rinse and an eye cup. They said the don't make that solutI on anymore they did not offer an alternative. I was told the eye cup would probably be on the back wall. I was not able to locate the cup after about 10 minutes, they did not offer any help or suggestions. I would not go there for any product.

This is the WORST Walgreens I've ever been too. I was told to come back in 20 minutes for my prescription to be ready, came back 35 minutes later and they hadn't even started it! They did not care that my prescription wasn't ready! Very disappointed and will not be back.

This review is only for the management. I believe her name is Mary or something of the sorts. Absolutely atrocious management skills from this woman. I have never witnessed such disgusting behavior from someone who is literally representing a company. Find a better leader for this store for the sake of your employees and company name!!! I witnessed her talking down on employees, raising her voice, sighing at them very loudly and obnoxiously. Honestly any time I have ever stepped foot in this Walgreens and she is working I witness at least 1-2 unprofessional behaviors. Disgusting. Just the other day I witnessed her not allowing an employee to use the restroom due to them being the only cashier out. I don't know about you but whenever I've had to use the restroom at my jobs and I was the only one, my manager would send me and cover the register for the 2-5 minutes I'd be gone Also witnessed her "flirting" with a Pepsi employee. The amount of giggles and time that was wasted during their chat was absolutely bonkers to me. I was in the store for a decent amount of time and even walked by them and was left unnoticed. Where I work I would get written up for that immediately.

I have never been so disgusted with customer service after dealing with this store. A woman went to a community page to ask for help to cover her $23 coinsurance for her anti depressant prescription. I live in Deltona, but felt I wanted to help her as mental health is important. I called the pharmacy to ask if they would make a 1 time exception for payment over the phone. asked for manager. the man didn't even identify himself and very RUDELY said we haven't taken credit cards over the phone in 2 years and the only way is through the app. I said, thanks for being so friendly about it and he hung up on me. WOW.
