Update. I've changed my review to 1 star. I was assured the change from Samsung to Google Pixel phone would be seamless. It's been nothing but. Unfortunately I think personnel are trained to be sales driven instead of customer driven.

Today we came in as T-Mobile customers and left as Verizon customers. Jason was our sales associate and he was AMAZING!!! He helped us pick the right plan, gave us very clear and concise details, helped pick our phones (my husband was having a tough time choosing between Android and Apple), and he went above and beyond helping us set up our phones. He made sure we had the extra stuff to protect our new phones as well. We had a bit of trouble with transferring contacts from my husband's old phone to his new phone and Harry was able to help my husband troubleshoot that issue. Overall, just outstanding service and a great experience, especially after how much T-Mobile disappointed us.

Stop by Verizon to check my phone. Justin helped me out and they were great! however they should have some backrest. I was there for one and a half hours and I think I need to go to the chiropractor now.
