The personnel at this post office are very friendly and accommodating. I have gone in there multiple times, and the line is backed up pretty far. They are so quick and efficient in servicing the people. I don't think I have waited even 10 minutes before being helped. Definitely my go-to post office!!!

I have been to some lousy post offices over the years. What a breath of fresh air this branch is. Smiling faces, helpful clerks that keep the line moving and the place is clean. Plenty of parking spaces out front as well. I will always try to use this location whenever possible.

Did not receive any mail Saturday December 31, 2022 and some very important and email told me the exact mail that would be in my box on Saturday. Of course, January 2, 2023 is the New Years holiday for post offices in the U.S. and not Saturday December 31, 2022 So the note indicated delivery would be Saturday December 31, 2022 for about 5 to 6 pieces of mail listed..

I think the port orange Florida post office is one of the worst post offices i have ever dealt with!! I sent three boxes that were only 30 pnds apiece an it cost me 155.00. Ok whatever but they were only going to Pennsylvania. Well its day 21 an im still waiting. After over a week i tracked them an they were sitting in Jacksonville. Why?? Now there saying their in Jacksonville still an i need to go on website cuz something must be wrong. Their guess is the boxes must have came open an my stuff is sitting in claims just waiting to be claimed. So no email?? Come on!! No one was going to say a thing. Over charged an lousy, LOUSY service!! Never again. Now they want me to list all things in boxes. So if i miss something i just lose it. An i taped the heck out of those boxes so... Just pure lousy service!!

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here which is why I always come back. I usually come in with my 2 kids and they are more than accommodating to me when they see that I have my hands full. I've been picked out of the line and assisted so I wouldn't have to wait so long. Drop offs have always been quick and efficient.

i moved to Port Orange in Oct. 2018. have used this post office many times. Workers always very friendly ! even during Christmas rush, there were lines but they moved quickly. Many windows opened and a worker outside counter moving people alone. This is the place to go !! Eddie M. Port Orange, FL

Lose mail, intentionally hold grudges after you report to corporate. Pretty sure it's illegal to mess with peoples mail. They won't deliver my packages or mail after they lost documents and we reported it. I get this is a job for people with little to no education but how dense do you have to be to not be able to deliver mail? Anyway, the whole staff needs to be fired and this needs be federally evaluated for the amount of misconduct they've done. I'm not the only one either. Also went into the store to do a return and the kid working the desk was high as balls. Wish amazon gave us the option to not use them. They're the worst and beyond unprofessional.

Had a please take customer service here this morning. The attendant was lovely courteous. Apologies for the wait which I didn't feel was long at all. They took steps to make the line Move fast. Answered All my questions. Sad that the price of Priority packages keeps going up but such is life. Don't want this post office to get a bad rap. They are an extremely nice team and I have never had a problem there

Why does anyone ship with USPS ?!? Absolutely the worst and most undependable way of shipping. I have had several packages recently lost due to the incompetence of the mail carriers in Port Orange.

Why is delivering mail such a challenge for these people?? So many f*cking problems with the mail here: Getting my neighbor's mail, my packages left at the neighbor's house, randomly reassigning our mailboxes, shoving packages in my box that take me 20 minutes to get out, and giving my package to a stranger. I'm sure I'm leaving something out, but the incompetence is mind-blowing! Let me on the truck and I'll get my own damn mail! *end rant*
