I tried calling five times to talk about a package that was supposedly delivered but it was not delivered. All it kept sending me to was a robot that couldn’t understand what I was saying just horrible.

Many people in line; some people didn’t even have correct labels or any labels completed at all, hence holding up lines, and only 1 clerk working. Clerk called for help several times and no one came. Ridiculous.

Yesterday one of the mail banks was left wide open in the locked position all day and overnight. One person that lives in our subdivision called and let them know during business hours yesterday. No one bothered to come out to close it up. Everyone’s mail was out for the taking. I took the picture last night on my way home. I called the post office this morning and was told the mail carrier would close it up after putting in todays mail. Like this is a normal occurrence. Hope everyone in this mail bank keeps an eye on their credit!Also, for the 8.5 years we have lived here, we have continuously had other peoples mail in our box. A couple times the mail key for the parcel box has been left in our mailbox and it was a package/box for someone else.
