Wow. I just had an amazing customer service experience at this store. The gentleman behind the counter was so kind, patient, accommodating, and professional in assisting me. I have always appreciated this place but today they put a smile on my face along with supplying great service. Thank you for that and for your help!

I go to this location weekly, and today I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by 2 employees, talked down to me, and treated/spoke to me like I was stupid. I asked the second employee why he was getting an attitude with me, and said I'm not, so I picked up my box and said Ill just go somewhere else. Then he mumbled F you under his breath, and I said what did you say to me, and he said I said have a good day, but he lied. Wont be back, to many other options when it comes to shipping. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

This store continues to have poor customer service, an unpleasant environment and rude leadership. The store owner, Justin is unprofessional, abrasive and poor representation of UPS. I was rushing to package a customer’s order with supplies I purchased and a prepaid UPS label and he aggressively told me I’m “not allowed to do that”. “That’s how we make money.” He was very unprofessional, unfriendly and irresponsible. UPS advertises their support of small businesses. Someone should be able to package their own items if they’re purchasing a UPS label or have a prepaid UPS label. I’ve never heard or seen this before. This is not the first time he has behaved this way. I hope new leadership comes in, or he changes the way he communicates and treats customers.

Stop advertising that you offer notary services. EVERYtime I try to go there for notary services, it’s never available. And don’t say to call first, because I do and no k e answers.

They are always so nice and helpful. They packed and shipped an electric piano for me across the country. They went above and beyond to make that shipment safe, and economical!!!

Have had a mailbox at this location for a number of years and have been very happy with the services they provide. Good location, reasonable hours, and everyone is friendly & helpful... Even when they are crazy busy, they still greet you with a smile! Great place to do business with!

Best customer service…if shipping were an art, here you’ll find the master. Not only were they able to ship my son’s irreplaceable acoustic drum set safely, they even took it apart without the drumkey that I promised to bring in but didn’t til last second so in order to ship it on time improvised and had it done when I arrived with said drumkey. Only shipping center I’ll be using in the future!

Staff are lazy and utterly unhelpful. They made me stand out in the parking lot to pack a box I was going to ship with them, instead of letting me use the large open table. The store also hasn't updated its voice-mail recording to reflect that they no longer have a notary, and employees don't care enough to help you find an alternative location.
