We were desperate to find a mattress fast. Felt so relieved to find this store after experiencing the circling sharks at the mattress store next door. My issue isn't with the shopping experience, but with the mattress itself. The locked interwoven spring technology they boast about using has made us miserable. I've never experienced a mattress with so much motion transference. If one person sneezes, the other nearly bounces out of the bed. I wake up with a stiff back every morning that takes hours to return to normal. I don't have any back issues and we didn't buy a cheap mattress. But I've slept on budget mattresses in the past that were better than this one. I even occassionally sleep on the couch to get a break from the agony of this thing. I know there is an exchange policy at OMF but it isn't a good one. We still lose money. Also, if this mattress is this bad, I wouldn't even want another from the same company. So, we are searching for a new mattress after only a year. So wasteful and disappointing. Do not recommend.

For starters I am displeased and appalled at the way I've been treated I purchased a pillow top mattress Queen size One supposedly new the other from a showroom at full price and I cannot express how dissatisfied I am about my purchase. The quality of this product It's not as premium as claimered !!

I walked in there because I was curious I was amazed the manager or salesman did not try to sell me he said look at our product and ask me any questions I left without purchasing anything but after checking around I'm going back tomorrow and purchasing a new bed absolutely great honest people

I like it when a salesman sells you without selling you. TOMF has a good customer focused business story. Their pricing is straight forward and without a bunch of fake 'freebies' to get you to buy before you walk out the door. The delivery price is super reasonable and they take your old pieces and donate them to a charity. Actually enjoyed working with Richie. I definitely recommend TOMF. Unless you want to spend 5 grand on "sleep technology"

Our salesman was great. We went looking for one thing & he helped us see that it would be hard to find what we needed. We ended up buying something different at less than what we would have pais else where.

The best experience I ever had shopping for a mattress. Superb customer service. They show you exactly how the mattress is made, prices are excellent. We love our new mattress. Obviously the quality is top notch. It was a pleasure shopping here.

We have been looking for a mattress that works for both of us for years. My wife likes a soft matTess that she can "float on a cloud" fee. Me while I want some give, I don't want to feel like I am not sleeping on the floor. The last mattress we purchased was a sleep number bed. We had it for 6-7 years and frankly neither of us liked it. My wife said she felt like she was sleeping ona cheap air mattress. After trying out a lot of mattresses we decided to go here. Lots of selection and really great prices. No gimmicks and the return and replace policy seemed realistic and honest. We finally decided on the latex foam, split king mattress. After a few weeks I loved my side (and still do) but my wife wanted something softer. We returned to the store and decided to purchase the Serenity mattress for her. She is very pleased. Two different mattresses side by side but no difference in appearance. One side is not any higher than the other. So yes we got a perfect fit for us! By the way, while at the store we decided not to do the exchange but instead moved her latex foam mattress into our guest bed room. We could easily do that with the price differentials we were seeing from other stores.

Delivered and set up according to schedule. We've had 6 nights of good sleep on our mattress. Glad we chose Original Mattress Factory!

The Port Orange Branch is new and we did not know of its existence. By chance Maps Map listed "The Original Mattress Factory" nearby. We met one of the nicest sales staff member, Richie Cordrey, that we have ever encountered in any business. He was so cordial, relaxed, and informative. All of the information he provided, both to our questions, or as advice and "food for thought" was right on target and most helpful. Obviously, we ended up purchasing a mattress. This was on a Wednesday and the mattress was delivered on Saturday which was the first day available as the mattresses are delivered from another city. Promptly within the delivery time window the two delivery men arrived and set up the mattress and box spring. They were also two of the most pleasant, friendly, competent, caring delivery personnel that we have encountered. During this entire process of purchasing and delivery we were treated with the upmost respect, kindness and service one could imagine. This is not normal in our area and we are most thankful and appreciative. Having only slept on the bed for less than a week, it seems as if our choice was the correct one. But with all of the satisfaction guarantees offered by The Original Mattess Factory I am not concerned if we need to make a change.
