Taylor Jones with Movement Mortage helped my husband and I finance our first home. He was patient, knowledgeable. and made the process a breeze. We compared several lenders and Taylor earned our business and trust several times over. Before even selecting Movement Mortage as our lender, we asked Taylor about a new down payment assistance program for first time homebuyers & Veterans. The program launched less than a week prior and was still in very early stages. There were gaps in the information available online, we’d spoken to several local reps and gotten different answers each time. We weren’t sure if we’d qualify. Taylor researched it, got back to us that day, AND let us know he had coordinated with the program to go thru certification training for him and his staff the next day. This was before we were even his clients and was specialized, niche training. Not something that we’d expect most lenders to know about, much less be one of the first & few lenders in Florida to be familiar with it and go on to get certified in that program. *That* is what it’s like to work with Taylor as your lender. He genuinely cares about clients. He always took the time to answer our questions, went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, provided clear and easy to understand instructions on our next steps, and helped us secure the best possible financing and interest rates. He is transparent, trustworthy, and easy to work with. He helped us buy our first home and I know who we’ll use to buy our next one. Cant recommend Taylor and Movement Mortage enough.
