I've been going there for years and i try to help local businesses. Even though I've moved further away I still dropped off my clothes there. Today we were scolded for not unbuttoning my shirts before dropping them off. We were told they would charge $0.50 extra if they had to unbutton them. I'd never heard about this as being a problem. The bill today was double the normal amount. Sorry to say I won't be returning. Instead I'll go to someone closer to my house and save the drive.

I like Taylor Cleaners. The people are friendly the service is fast and the clothes are clean. The turn around time on cleaning is very quick. My only complaint is that the process/machine used is very hard on epaulet buttons. Sometimes the buttons are crushed or broken. No other buttons suffer. Beyond that, I am happy to continue patronizing this business.

I was glad to find a cleaner so close by and at a decent price, but will not be wasting any more of my time or money there. The first few times I came they did a fine job, until recently. I took in a pair of slacks and a formal dress, both had a little something that had gotten on them. I was glad to have them "cleaned" and ready to be worn.Right before I am getting ready to leave and am getting dressed I notice that the dress has not been cleaned! The mark from the food was still there, it did NOT smell FRESH AND there was a THREAD PULLED in which I am certain it was not there before. I then checked my slacks, they were nice and pressed, BUT there were WRINKLES at the zipper seem and there was A MARK from something that had gotten on it previously, showing it had not even been washed. There was even a FLAKE on it! I had to wear the dress for my formal event, hoping no one would notice.Afterwards, I went back to the cleaners, showing and explaining things. She said they would redo the pants but not the dress since it had been worn. There was no apology. I did not have them clean the dress again, but gave them the slacks to redo. I just picked them up, fortunately I was not charged. The mark was still there... I scratched at it with my fingernail and it starts to come right off. They have no integrity, do not take pride in there work nor have concern for their customers. Will not be returning.

Sorry for Taylor Cleaners that I have read so many poor reviews. I was so glad to learn that they did alterations. A new customer for the first time, I brought in 3 items, picked them up today, but will never do business with them again. A blouse with a 1-inch tear on the seam and 2 king pillow cases to be cut and hemmed as regular size. I was shocked to pay $30 and I even told the cashier so. I do not mind paying a fair wage for any service--but for alterations that I believe could reasonably be done within 30 minutes--this was totally outrageous!Service: Alterations

Good prices and great customer service, however their actual cleaning service is mediocre, border line bad.... Its close and cheap so I keep going back.

Would not recommend. I brought in seven pillow case covers and two chair cushion covers. They were not extremely dirty, they just had some spots and they say on the tag to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up, the same spots were still present. They said they would clean them again so I waited another four days and when I picked them up for the second time, the spots were still there - it didn’t even look like they did anything. I paid $50 and did not get satisfying results. I’m not sure what they do to clean their items but clearly it does not work.Service: Couches/sofas

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. They tried to double charge us, and then gave us the wrong item back. Only after I threatened to dispute the charge they finally corrected the bill and we got our item.

Sad establishment. I went there a couple of times because they're the closest dry cleaners to where I live. None of the employees ever wear masks- nasty. That is reason alone for me never to return.
