Drive Up needs to hydrate! The girl who wears huge square discount Chase Elliott sunglasses is out there today scolding customers who "aren't giving them enough time to fulfill the orders." Thank you, employee, for letting me know you only have 3 minutes to fulfill them. It sounds like you're having an issue with company policy, which should be addressed indoors. It also sounds like Target needs to find a better way to educate customers on what they need from them, instead of their employees stressing out and resorting to attitude in the parking lot (which honestly does nothing to solve the problem).
I doubt I'm the first person who shopped at a store nearby, then let you know I was coming to Target after leaving the nearby store. I shop here weekly and have been doing so for two years straight, and I have done this more than once, although I've never been scolded before. I don't really love dealing with the rudeness when I'm always in a good mood to employees. I guarantee I let you know more than three minutes ahead of time.
Hire more employees, change the timing, or create an email or in-app campaign to explain policy to customers. The attitude (including the continued attitude from some of the employees) is not going to change a thing.
PS - you're really lacking in produce

My boyfriend and I bought groceries and had it brought out to us. The girl who brought out our stuff (I think her name was Olivia?) was decent. When we got home we noticed our bread was smooshed and a few eggs were cracked. I would hope they would check that before giving it to us. Now we’re down a few eggs for the week ?

Can't find everything I need or prices too high. Look at all the businesses closing and learn from that. I live in an area with a.lot of tourist visitors so may be doing ok, but the avg shopper is looking for ways to save and no longer see that opportunity at my Target store.

Is there a reason why only half the self checkouts are available at any given time now? Ridiculous having to stand in line now because management only has 4 out of 8 registers open all the time. And two regular cashier's.

This recently remodeled Target is hands down the nicest and biggest one that I've ever been to out of dozens around the country. I was just tagging along with friends who I was visiting, not intending to buy much. But ended up getting some really nice clothes at great clearance prices, plus some avocados on sale for 50 cents. ?? My friends also bought a lot of clothes and books at reasonable prices, though they went a little wild with their spending.
This Target has a huge grocery section, as big as any super Walmart. That includes a large deli, bakery, and Starbucks. My only complaint was that the giant refrigerated food section was borderline freezing.
It also has a classy looking optical department at the front.
I hope that our local Target eventually gets this same kind of magical mega makeover. ✨
