Excellent help and got a good deal. I wish they would have bar stools at each of the registers or something though. Because some transactions take a very long time and it's hard to stand for very long time. Verizon has this as each station has a desk and you have a chair to sit in

Kurtis was terrific. He was pleasant and cheerful throughout a long transaction (made so by my last carrier's complex and time consuming transfer process). My appointment was perfect. Left with the warm fuzziess for this carrier.

Customer service has a major problem dealing with elderly and maintaining control of who's checked in and who has a appt line. It's non existant, its nice to accommodate the folks retired that walk right up to counter but at the cost of the working joe that's pension doesn't pay all the bills that has to bite their tongue and swallow a 45 minute trip that should have taken 10 mins

Paying for complete garbage. Worst WI-FI I have EVER had in my life. The internet I had in the early 2010’s was better than this. I have the 500mbps plan and I can’t even get through a movie in 720p without it crashing at least 3 times. Videos on phone won’t load, internet is always crashing and we lose internet entirely for at least 2+ hours on a daily basis. If their problem isnt fixed they will be losing a ton of customers very soon. We will be one of them, that is forsure.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Was trying to make sure I won’t be charged for the Wi-Fi since my apartment complex just renewed their policy and providing it now. I wasn’t sure if I needed to cancel the old policy or the new policy would just automatically apply. The lady was very impatient and long story short she cancelled my account and gave another number and have me call the customer service to restore it myself. Would not recommend coming here, or avoid her.

I'm a new customer from July. I told her I want the basic Internet package. The lady who spoke barely any English added all these tv packages without telling me. I finally get that figured out. Then this month they increased my bill without warning 5$. I even called an they said they sent a email out an said they are raising everyone's bill. Well they didn't send nothing out. They are scammers trying to steal more money from you

First, let me be clear that my real gripe is about Spectrum customer service that you speak to when you call on the phone. However, that wasn't an option on YELP so I just chose this store because it is where I tried to return the garbage they sent me. I called Spectrum to see about lowering my bill as I had just encountered some issues and I was going to have several unexpected medical bills. The lady seemed helpful and after going over my bill, she proceeded to tell me about a deal Spectrum was running on cell phone service. I told her I wasn't interested and then she said instead of a cell phone I could get a tablet instead. That did get my attention since my existing tablet was pretty outdated. I told her I really didn't need to be out anymore money just now and after a big sales pitch, I was only going to be paying $5/mo for 2 years and it would have service those 2 years. I would pay $20 that day, my tablet would be shipped and pay $5 monthly for service. And yes, I was a fool and took the bait. I thought if nothing else, it's Samsung tablet which is what I had before and loved. The tablet came and even though it's a Samsung tablet, I don't know if it's the worst they ever made or if it was used or just a lemon but it's awful. Just turning it on takes forever, whatever service that was supposed to be available is nonexistent and even in my house where I have Spectrum internet, it barely gets a signal. Trying to use this thing reminds me of dial up internet. And my bill, not cheaper. I got into this mess a few months ago but haven't written about it until now. You see I really needed a tablet for something this morning and after an hour for something that should have been 20 minutes, I decided to write this. I'm fed up and looking for another internet provider. What I pay and what I get do not balance.

Make an appointment before you go in! If you don't, prepare to spend a lot of time waiting. Since they started cell phone service and selling cell phones, this has become the place all geriatrics go to make their purchase. The poor service people have patience, as I watched one for 30 mins try to explain how he couldn't help someone remember their apple password; not because he wasn't willing, but because he had no idea the password the guy set up two years ago.They could make this place a lot better by having one person dedicated just for cable issues.

Let me tell you something there is a man working at this branch named Jeff that man was so patient with me when I came into the branch today, Extremely frustrated. Before I could even get my attitude going, he let me know that he was there to help me and he did exactly that my phone needed to be charged and so he milk down on the floor by where the phone was charging to work on my device for me. My device has not been allowing me to receive text messages or to get into my business account and this was very upsetting to me for over a week I had tried calling customer care, and they were all unable to help me every time they try to reset my phone the phone, which is hangup, and I will have to call again. This man searched through my settings, using his experience as a customer as well of iPhone and help me get my device back running I cannot thank you enough for caring about me and caring less about my attitude and just realizing that I needed help and he did that five stars 10 stars to the store because if you go to this man, he is going to help you. He definitely need some recognition and a small raise because he went above and beyond

Walked in trying to switch my cell service to a new phone and one of the employees laughed at the other about me... not sure why but made me feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome.

1GB/mo internet service started at $100/mo, then was upped to $125/mo, then was upped again to $140/mo, with zero increase in speed or services. Called to ask what they can do about reducing the price to my original rate after I was tired of outages that take several days for a tech to come out and resolve, and they literally asked me to apply for a government assistance program which covers up to $30/mo in service. Are you kidding me? I called cust. service about it and was asking for a rate reduction based on their service, NOT on being able to afford it or not. What justifies a 40% increase in price without any increase in what I'm receiving? Wire 3, a competitor coming to my neighborhood will be charging $60/mo for 10GBPS service for first 2 years. I can't wait to leave Spectrum for Wire 3. Spectrum doesn't care about retaining my business.
