I visited the Port Orange store about a week and a half ago to swap out an old DVR box for a newer basic HD Set-top box. The transaction turned out to be a bit more than just a simple swap (due to some account changes we discovered needed to be made). Keith Parent and his Manager, Luis Lopez, were absolutely awesome, as well as extremely professional and polite. Their knowledge and service was outstanding. Thanks to them everything worked out perfectly.

The store was great but I won't deal with spectrum again this 2nd time I dealt with them they allowed somebody to get in my internet watching TV one night my internet keep getting disconnected and reconnect about 3-4 times then my sec camera alert me not a cloud in the sky internet was off camera on mobile app it was this happening before when I live in Lakeland same thing and someone got in my apartment so I don't trust there services.

Even though it was very busy, the staff did an outstanding job. I was told to make an appointment. But there are none available at this choice of Spectrum Store.

I traveled 33 miles to be told the exact opposite of what I was told the day before by a Spectrum rep on the phone about trading in my phone (under warranty) for another one at no cost to me. They need to retrain their help.!

Do your research before going in. Know what you need and know how much it should cost. The salesmen will try to upsell you, tell you the plan you want is too slow, and find ways to charge more.
Andrea was very impersonal, didn't make eye contact, and said that 100Mb/s is "elderly assistance" speed, and you can't work from home off of it, which is completely wrong, technically speaking. Instead of bundling my internet with my existing phone plan, she made me a new Spectrum account separate from my phone account so I could be charged more. After an hour on the phone with customer service, I discovered that my apartment complex has a contract with spectrum so I get free wifi, something she would have seen when she input the address but didn't tell me. Even customer service said she was wrong and were confused why she did it this way.
So not only could I have gotten a lower price if she had bundled my accounts, but I could have gotten it completely free. Instead, I was upcharged and any attempts to find an amicable deal were stonewalled. She never even looked at me.
I will shout out Robert from customer service phone lines and Ruby from the customer service technical teams, they were fantastic in helping me get everything straightened out. They had great attitudes, were very patient, and cleary very well trained. And whoever manages this store, please straighten out your team. This performance is unacceptable.
