Just stopped in to exchange a router. Every employee seemed busy when I walked in but I got called in less than 10 seconds. She checked my ID and swapped my hardware in less than 2 minutes. It took me longer to sign in on the tablet at the door than it did to do everything else.

My old i-Phone quit all of a sudden so I had to run into the store last minute before closing. Kurt was very helpful and got me set up with a new phone. He was polite, professional, and got me up and running with my new phone in no time.
