This is my 2nd mortgage handled by Simplicity Mortgage. Freddy, Julianne and their supporting firms knocked it out of the park on both occasions. My recent mortgage was a bit more challenging as rates are skyrocketing and the home/property is in Marion County, yet they remained open to work with a new lender that offered a superior interest rate and used an Ocala Title Co. to keep costs competitive. I'm very pleased with the process, communications and efficiency provided by Simplicity and highly recommend them.

I wasn't even looking to buy a condo in Daytona but there it was on a website. A couple of lenders said I couldn't buy it because of a post hurricane lien but Freddy went to work and made it happen. Thank you "outside the box Freddy" (and Julianne) for being creative.
