“Policy change requiring 2 week notice of intent to vacate. Wasn’t made aware of this in advance but no issues. Boat tarp was stolen from my spot but that’s on me (don’t leave any belongings behind when you leave for the day). Otherwise, good experience and I’ll return again next year”
“Moving is stressful, but when you're on a time limit and stressed because you're running out of time to return your truck rental, while also still needing to unload your belongings, that's super stressful. The gentleman at the counter not only had a really nice demeanor on the phone, but was extremely helpful and kind helping us get our storage unit sorted and got us taken care of and even went as far as changing our drop off location from our original drop off point to this location to save us some stress. Really appreciate this place. Very accommodating and very kind. Thank you.”

“Easy process to rent a unit. Staff was very pleasant. Facility is well maintained and easy to access unit. First experience with carts being available to load and unload belongings. After being flooded yet again and needing a storage unit, I was expecting the nightmares I’ve had in the past. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience under horrible circumstances.”
