Just finished buying my 2007 Volkswagen Beetle from this great husband and wife team. I have never bought a used car before and the experience was far beyond my expectations. They really did work with me on every level.I highly recommend Royal Motors of Port Orange.

Drove over 3 hours and was not disappointed. Romany Riad was very friendly, and patient as we looked at several cars on his lot. Many to choose from. Drove all that way for one car in particular for our daughter and it was perfect! Drove it all the way home that night (about 2 weeks ago) and she's been driving it with a huge smile on her face ever since. Thanks Romany!

The dealer was aware of issues with a car I purchased but didn't disclose them even after being asked a direct question asking if there were any issues with the car. Now spending another $2100 to fix issues he refused to disclose that would have prevented the sale.

We called prior to driving 1.5 hours to look at a Volkswagen Beetle convertible. We asked if there were any cosmetic or mechanical issues that could not be seen in the pictures. We were assured the car was in great condition and they had taken pictures of everything. When we arrived we were greeted by a man who told us he had just discovered the convertible top would not lock into place. Before we test drove the car we began to look around. We found the driver seat would not adjust without pulling a cable. The glove compartment was missing the latch to open it. The center console had the top completely broken off. And, the passenger side rear quarter panel was broken and falling off. Do. Not. Trust. This lot. He lied at every turn. We chose not to buy the car. Oh! I almost forgot to tell you he told us he would come off the price $500 for all of the issues we found. No, thanks.Notice the reply doesn't deny that he lied to us on the phone. If he will lie about cosmetic issues, he will lie about mechanical. Furthermore, a convertible top that will not lock into place is a safety/mechanical issue. It is not cosmetic. Along with a driver seat that is difficult to adjust. These are not cosmetic issues. He was not trying to "help us out". He was trying to CYA. Buyer beware!

He sold us an unsafe car. We were told not to even drive it. We purchased this car 16 days ago. When we brought the problem to his attention...He gives us the sold As Is reply. Make sure you have a mechanic look over the car before you purchase it!! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Got my daughter a mini straight forward sales and extremely ethical. He knew we drove quite a distance to pick up the car and made sure it was safe with new battery and oil change. We got it home my mechanic son went over it and was amazed at what a great deal we got! Would highly recommended!

Don't buy from them. I bought a car in early October. I was told it only have $50 worth of repairs needed. A couple simple things. It ended up completely dying on me a month later. Turns out I was sold a flood car. So now I have no car and I'm out $7000Reply: you did sell me a 2010 GMC Acadia. Katherine Chapman. I know where I got my car. The car we purchased was in fantastic condition! They went so far as to replace the battery and complete oil change. Also he pointed out every little ding on the car and wet as far as connecting a reader to pull all codes the only one that pulled was for the battery which he replaced! This dealer goes above and beyond to ensure their customers leave with a quality used car and a safe car!
