Refrigerator was not cooling. Josh performed a diagnosis and determined the problem. Parts had to be ordered but he came in on his normal day off to do the repair in a more timely manner. Had to pay for 2 different diagnostic visits but in my case the repair was far cheaper than the replacement. As of the next day the refrigerator appears to be in complete working order. Company was professional to deal with. Josh and the rest of the staff did a great job. Thanks.

We’ve been dealing with Royal for years. We had our antenna installed, we had our security system installed by them, had alarm installed. NEVER had a problem, had our washing machine looked at by JOSH. Again not a problem, they know there stuff. I give them 5 Stars. Thanks again Royal Electronics!!!!

Company is so responsive! Great customer service, Keith the owner came to my house to give me a quote on my camera system. They had the best price for 3 other competitors, very professional and easy installation.

They did such a great job taking care of my extended warranty work with Samsung! My TV broke 3 months into having it and they came out in a promptly time to fix the issue without costing me money on my TV I just purchased! Good service

Andrew did a great job at figuring out why our dishwasher had developed an annoying noise, that two previous repair persons couldn't determine the source. He knew what parts to get and fixed it quickly.

Josh did the service on our Samsung Ice maker freezing up. He installed the Samsung repair kit that inculudes a new circuit board. He was very meticulous with every detail involved. Can't say enough about calling Royal Electronic in the future for any appliance repairs we need and how happy we are with the workmanship. Highly recommended.

This company really cares about taking care of their clients, I spoke with both Michelle and Mona about my Samsung TV that broke while in warranty. They went the extra mile to make sure Samsung took care of this defective TV, they were quick and responsive on getting it repair with Samsung. 10/10 recommend this company!

My 7 week old LG OLED TV stopped working. Not happy, but it was covered under warranty. After I went through the LG warranty process, Royal Electronics of Port Orange contacted me as an authorized repair shop. The experience with Royal was excellent. They contacted me quickly and said they had already ordered the parts that they thought would fix the problem. They were here within a few days and replaced the power unit at my home. The technician "Mark" knew exactly what to do and did it professionally. TV is working great.
