A HUGE thank you to Ryne, Alex, and Rick! I have been on the hunt for a specific model of Jeep Grand Cherokee for months, found the exact one online, and was at the dealership the next day to test drive with hopes to buy. The car was in amazing condition at a very fair price. They made the process of buying my car so seamless. No pressure to buy, and gave me a great price for my trade In. Worst carlot ever!!!! ow my haven’t had my vehicle for a full 3 months ,yet and already having problems with the vehicle .first two weeks I had it oil light came. on now I’m putting two quarts of oil in my vehicle every week ,also the tires were bald had to get four new tires immediately after purchasing the vehicle .also a/c stopped working after a month of having the vehicle .they told me the vehicle had a warranty but refusing to fix my vehicle .I have kids and we have to drive around with no a/c in 100 degree weather . we are all sweaty by the time we reached our destination. Now my vehicle makes a whistling noise while I’m driving it . Very embarrassing by the way . So I definitely got scammed out 4,000 dollars I do not recommend getting a vehicle from these conman. Ow yeah but they wanted me to drop my vehicle off Monday but then never reached out with a time ,so I had to call them and they said they didn’t have any way to get my vehicle fixed and that if I did leave me vehicle I would have to find my own way to work home three different school in the morning . Yeah the worst 0/0 I do not recommend.

We have been on the hunt for the perfect pre-owned Escalade for months. I came in on a Tuesday hoping to look at the interior condition of a vehicle 30 mins before close. My sales rep Caleb was phenomenal. Caleb quickly gathered all of my information, immediately took me on a test drive, began negotiations immediately, and of course, everything on my terms. I have been to dozens of dealerships recently and did not have any sales person treat me HALF as kind, and respectful as Caleb did. He was honest, hard working, and up front. With ZERO salesman pressure. He felt like dealing with a close friend.
They valued my trade at a fair price, and negotiations were simple because the vehicle we purchased had already been priced fairly. Caleb also went above and beyond to ensure that my new Escalade had everything it needed when I left the lot. Caleb also updated me throughout the day and had everything printed and ready to go so when my husband and I arrived the transaction would be smooth, and painless. I absolutely will be sending my friends and family there to work with him.
Financing was fair and a breeze. My husband even said “this was the most painless and easiest purchases we have ever had in car purchasing.” We will be back for sure!

I'm not crazy about the service department. Unfortunately I bought a used car there with a 5-year extended warranty and that's where I have to take it. I have not met a friendly service advisor yet. It took me a month and a half after I submitted a claim for a key fob to finally get a return call after I left several voicemails with the service advisor I submitted it to , and the manager who I left voicemails with never to have a return call. But I will make the best of it for the next 5 years
