If you go there thinking you will get a spa experience, go somewhere else and pay the extra seven or eight dollars. The girl ran through my pedicure and manicure like her hair was on fire. My cuticles were not trimmed properly, the polish was poorly done, and she was constantly talking with coworkers instead of focusing on what she was doing. Her name was Linda.

I always get my waxing, manicure and pedicure here. I have diabetes and nail techs are always carful with my feet and hands. Always feel so much better when I leave
I bring my mom when she wants, all the techs make her feel like a queen.
Great service at a reasonable price.

I got a fill and pedicure. When it came time to polish my nails, the color I picked was empty. The tech did do a good job. However, he didn't do so well with the pedicure. Seemed rushed and didn't massage much at all. There was a pedicure already in process and I was finished way before her.

I've been going here for almost 2 yrs. They tend to charge different prices even though I get the same thing done each time. I had a $50 gift card as a birthday present, they refused to use the full $50 on my visit they would only take $40 and made me pay for the rest . Yesterday I went in for my usual monthly mani/ pedi. The gentleman was rude and rough. I'm disabled with a lot of nerve damage. He kept jerking my hands and arms, and fingers. The manicure looks awful. Very uneven and jagged edges on my nails. I've always been asked what kind of pedicure I want, I always get the deluxe. He chose to do the basic, again very rude and rough. He was very rushed, I got maybe a 35 second massage of legs and feet. I was very upset and asked to speak to the owner, he never once apologized for my bad experience. He acted like he didn't care at all. I will never use their company again. I've spent a lot of money with them...but no more. I will definitely be finding somewhere else to go.

They did good on the nails but they talk In a different language I can't understand and it seems as if they are talking badly about their customers

Very Rude Worker(I think it was the owner) A couple of times I accidentally smudged my nails and at least 3-4 times he sighed like I did it on purpose ……won’t be using him again or I will go somewhere else ……Service: Acrylic nails

Have been there many times, BUT they have a girl that works at Back station and I will never go there again( she did my nails 3 times) She is very rough and really hurts me in the process. Also constantly in CHIT CHAT with other workers (not in English) Also uses electric file till it is torture! Some of the others are OKServices: Nail cut & filing

Terrible experience it cost just as much for a fill in as it would have for a new set. They messed up my nail shape that they shouldn't have even touched. Then tried to change me more for my teenage daughters nails because they didn't listen to me and didn't paint them as discussed before they started. Never Ever will we go there again.Service: Acrylic nails

Got a pedicure they don't rush even when there's a few people asking for wait times, friendly wish they had more pedicure options but I'm overall satisfied

The service here is unacceptable and has terrible customer service im guessing the gentleman that was working today did not want to work (refused to give me his name) he totally was rushing in the middle of my pedicure and did not clean my cuticles when asked to do so his response was he Did NOT HAVE TIME to do it which is part of the service that im paying for he stated its a lot of people waiting that I could come back at a later time or day !! Unbelievable i asked to speak to someone else regarding my issue and could you believe she also asked could I come back later...I will not be returning to such horrible place nor recommend anyone to go there either to spend their hard working moneyService: Pedicures

I had someone who just didn’t want to be working. I was not spoken to except a rude interjection to keep hand or foot in water. She only spoke with a co-worker, non-stop, did not acknowledge me. I was obviously bothering her, in her way. Manicure and pedicure— she didn’t even cut my toe nails, didn’t cut or push back cuticles. The nail polish didn’t even last in the store. I bought a bottle of coffee and my nail was messed up. I went back in the salon, I told them my nail was messed up, and that I felt like I was treated poorly, not spoken to or acknowledged as a customer. Did not seem to matter. The nail polish didn’t even last for 24 hours. Closed on Sunday, I had surgery On Monday, toenail was throbbing Monday night, I realized that she didn’t cut my great toe nail at all. Called salon on Tuesday. I spoke with a gentleman who said I needed to come back to the salon so they could see me, and lay eyes on me and would refund my money. I told them that I just had surgery and needed a couple of days recovery, then needed to get a ride, couldn’t come in for several days,??Would that be a problem?? “No”. Come in and give you a refund. Went to salon Friday , asked to speak to a manager. Told no manager was there. I was ignored, made fun of by employees and their customers. Was rudely interrupted by a female employee. I was ridiculed, yelled at, no one would do anything. Then the very same person who said no manager all of a sudden said he was the manager and owner. Interesting. They did nothing. Did not care. Truly rude and unkind. The place is filthy. I dropped my cane behind a seat, had to be at least an inch of dust around all of the chair cords. I will never, never, never go there again. They really don’t care, obviously lie, no manager, then now you’re a manager and the owner, Wow. Stay away from here. $40.00 for a regular mani/pedi and they said yes it does not last. Why bother offering that service then?????!!!!!

Overall I wasn't too impressed. Kinda disappointed in a way. My right hand the nails look like ramps. The guy rushed to do them, I want a fan and am very upset with them after looking at them after I left. They look like they are already about to come out. Poorly put on. $50 down the drain in my opinion . Do you have an email so we can talk?Service: Gel manicure

Clean shop, enough staff that there is almost always availability. All the technician are great, but Andy is the best!
