I love this store and I love certain employees at the deli. One in particular really has a great personality. She makes everyone laugh. I never remember her name, but you can definitely tell who she is. I love to see the way she puts a smile on some of the elderly folks face. Truly a nice person. It is very rare to find that nowadays. Don't get me wrong, there are still a few socially awkward and unfriendly young people as well. I just always kind of tried to smile at the ones I like and hope they wait on me. Publix is expensive, but at the end of the day you can find Boar's Head there and that is really important to my family.

I shop here several times a week.
This Publix is always very clean. The produce is excellent. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

I got a tħing there that broke and now I have to get another one with a reject I got those for the prices until they go out today or tomorrow they find em to get those. It really stinks whün that guy does this at there.

The service at the deli, specifically the sub station, is horrible! Clearly everyone that works in the deli hates working in that department and/or life too. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! "Someone will be right with you" while you are doing something that looks not nearly as significant as a patron in front of you is not customer service. The deli lacks that in every way. Not only do most "workers" at the sub station give attitudes to customers while "helping" them, but they also whisper to each other about the deli drama happening in the back. So much so, that they are distracted by their own whispering, aka gossiping, to focus on the customers and make the subs correctly.
Saying, "I don't care anymore" in a highly aggravated tone while whispering to the girl next to you, pissed off because you had to re make my sub, because you didn't listen to me the first time due to your disturbingly distracted self....you should go apply for the "I don't care anymore" position, where ever that is. Publix used to be so much better than this and should consider re evaluating qualities they are looking for in the person they hire. Thank you for your time.

Anytime a sub is ordered online it is always completely wrong. I suggest ordering it in person to ensure accuracy.
