I love Publix! To be honest, one of the main things I love about them is the friendly staff always willing to help and always acknowledging you with “ can I help you find something?”. No better customer service anywhere!! If they don’t have an item-they order it for you. Very clean store.

This Publix is wonderful! managers and the employees go up and above to help you! I have catered three parties from here and everything was perfection! I have asked for certain foods and if they didn't have them they ordered them for me and carry it in stock. Today I was looking for Fourth of July cupcakes with sprinkles for the kids and because the cupcakes didn't have sprinkles the manager grabbed my cupcakes brought them in the back and put sprinkles on them. Customer service is everything! Thank you Publix!

We love this Publix we live in new Smyrna but we drive all the way to Port Orange to shop in this Publix we know all the workers and they’re always so friendly the story is so clean

The manager gets upset if you open the bottles and take a chug. He gets all red in the face and starts screaming for you to get out. Come on, Man, I just wanted to try it. You can't expect me to buy a fifty dollar bottle of Champagne without knowing what it tastes like!
