Paid to use the car wash, when I pulled in the car wash wasn't turning on, backed up and the screen said closed, after it took my money. No one was around to help either, out $20.

Tried to wash my Jeep in the self wash lane on the end. Had to insert our credit card twice for 1 rushed wash. The knob doesn't align with what service you should be using rinse comes out pink conditioner, etc. Then I went to vacuum my Jeep out. I was able to get my quarters from your coin change machine, then your vacuum station ate $1 in quarters and didn't work or return my cash. You need to service your equipment if it isn't working, and give a way to contact management for a refund of $1. I would like management to give me a contact number or email address.

Update: You pay for soap/wax and only water comes out. Only good for a rinse, just go borrow a hose from someone and save some money

Tried to use your car wash. Took the money, but car wash did not work. No one available to assist and no phone number available anywhere based on searches of the web and looking around the property. Worst ever!
