From her front desk advisor to herself was a great experience they both answered questions and was very polite and understanding and helpful, also the location is great in the middle of port orange fl . And it’s very nice and cozy inside unlike other places . It was nice to express yourself laugh and able to feel cared for with whatever conditions you may have . And also great prices . Thank you

Excellent customer service! The office staff accommodated my times and provided telemedicine or office visits. Dr Fletcher called me as scheduled and during our conversation I was very pleased that she asked good questions & actually listened and provided options based my feedback and history. The office updated the state registry (OMMU) within a couple of hours. Office staff was very courteous n helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My experience was seamless from start to finish. I arrived right at my appointment time and was taken straight back, no wait. The Initial Discussion with BJ was extremely informative and clear on the entire registration and prescription process. I had a few questions that he was able to answer with ease. Dr. Metchick is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on her trade. They also provide you with a full list of all Dispensaries in the area along with their discounts. I really appreciate how thorough and cohesive this office and their process was. Thanks for all of your help! Will definitely refer to everyone I know! :D
