Worst bank location ever! They can not even process a deposit. It is the most absurd thing I have ever experienced. I need to make a cash deposit. Both atms were not functional and I was told by them that they don’t have tellers to process it. A bank?!?! With no tellers. This is a complete joke

Useless bank. Not even a bank anymore. Used to be a wonderful place with wonderful people. First they closed the drive-thru. Then the tellers stopped dealing with any cash. Now the teller windows are walled over. It’s now just a large building with two ATMs and a gaggle of bored employees that scatter when you walk in and then tell you that they “don’t do that anymore.”

I usually bank with PNC in New Smyrna Beach, but come up to this PNC on Taylor Road to get another Debit card. I had a great experience with Nicholas. Very professional and took great care of me. I was here another time six months or so ago and I had a great experience too. Always have been helpful! That’s why I love PNC bank.

All PNC banks that I've been to have had nice people and a pleasant experience. This one had some pretty D grade service, snotty people. At least the building is nice and it's a PNC.

New to PNC. Generally we are happy with our service.. This review is for THIS bank only (Taylor Road). Stopped in for a "quick" check on the status of my check order and to move some money. I was informed this is "cashless" bank, and was told the praises of the "new age of banking". I am old-school and prefer a bank with cash, but ...ok. So I couldn't complete my banking. While waiting for them to look on their computer to check on my order ...which should have taken a minute...I had to sit through the hard sell of all the different "wonderful opportunities" they had to offer. How many times do I have to say No thank you? I felt like I was at one of those time share seminars you had to sit through to get the free hotel stay. Finally after 20 minutes I had to just cut her off and get up and leave. My bad for trying to be polite. Will stick with other PNCs that aren't so "new age of banking".UPDATE: Well I'm changing to one star. They didn't even get my checks correct AND she never asked me to check to verify it was correct. UGH.

Loved this bank pre-covid, when Covid hit they shut it down and re-opened it without tellers so theres only the ATM inside and the drive up ATM, and if you need an appointment with a banker, but they have no plans to bring tellers back to make this a full service bank. Last time I went inside the woman manning the front desk was REALLY trying to get me to open some investing accounts when I only asked her to print me paper bank statements for the last 3 months which still took her a long time to do, but I don’t own a printer. The drive up ATM you can’t deposit cash or checks in anymore for some reason so you have to use the ATM inside.

All PNC banks that I've been to have had nice people and a pleasant experience. This one had some pretty D grade service, snotty people. At least the building is nice and it's a PNC.

I love Pnc, but this location is HORRIBLE!! I had the worst experience here “every time” I own a marketing company and this is the closest location to my office, none of the 15 sales reps I have will even cash my payroll checks here. They will actually drive 15min in the opposite direction to another Pnc just so they didn’t have to deal with this nightmare. Hopefully corporate steps up and cleans house, they sure need it!!

Don’t waste your time coming to this bank they were just waste your time! They always have a problem with anything that you’re trying to do and stick their nose is in the things that don’t pertain to them this bank sucks stay away!

Crappy service the bank try to charge me 2% on the check business that I'm on with my debit card nowhere else in Central Florida ever tried to charge me a fee to cash my check and I'm on the account
