DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS BANK! I have a business account, I have tried to transfer money online, pay bills, etc. Nothing works. If you go in to get help they will gladly do a transfer for you to the tune of $95. charge, that's with a business account over 100k.! WORST BANK EVER AND the merge of BBVA did not help.

PNC does not want to loan you moneyI've been doing business with PNC for several years. This is the first time they have let me down and they did it in BIG way. I went in to refinance my car loan. First, I get "use this QR code to register with corporate and we'll call you back" from the useless employee screening the nonexistent customers. No. I'm not registering with corporate. I'm here for up-close, personal service. So I sat there for close to AN HOUR with a max of 6 people in the bank, including employees. I finally get to sit down with Marvin, who is FANTASTIC (thank you Marvin. You're amazing!) We do the paperwork...and wait...I have a very appropriate credit score and income...We wait. Finally, DENIED. I went home and online, with a credit union I also do business with (I wont say who but i was in the Navy)...approved in 30 minutes with a good interest rate and good payments. Skip PNC, save the ding on your credit and go to someone who wants your business. This changes the way I look at PNC and they way I do business with them.

This particular PNC is the worst out of three branches I use. But every time I come to the port orange branch they say d*** things or hold me up twice as long. Port orange branch i.e. you now can not get cashiers checks in the drive thru. D*** THINGS THAT GET OLD WITH THIS BANK. Its always some stupid rules that hold me up. You have to ask for withdraw slips (****** Tellers standing in lobby asking my business so I cab tell the whole world my business good idea for a mugging after I withdraw a grand great to see PNC does not car about my well being.(Dumb)

On a Saturday before a Monday holiday they choose to have one teller taking care of both the drive up and lobby. Drive up customers doing 20 minute transactions. Seriously?! Awful service! Deserves -5 stars

The absolute slowest service I have ever seen from a bank. I have pulled into the drive thru with nobody else and still sat there for 7-8 minutes. Fortunately, I only have to come once a month. Unfortunately, I have no say so on using this bank. Don't be in ANY kind of hurry, you won't be on time to your next stop.
