I'm new to Port Orange and tried two other salons before I found Phoenix. First impressions: Awesome decor and nice relaxed vibe, looked super clean, including the restroom. the chairs were newer and worked! I was there in the morning and they were not very busy. The young man that greeted me was very polite and the woman, Mindy who did my nails was very sweet, although I don't think she understood much English. She did a beautiful job on my dip, not too thick like my previous salon, (didn't want to go back there)! It was a pleasant experience. I would change the choice of background music though. It was all instrumental and I heard some Christmas tunes, in May?? lol

Had mani and pedi done. Paula had to start from scratch on my nails and she did a fantastic job. I've had several people remark on my nails. Will definitely return

Finally found my nail place & nail tech! Ryan is absolutely the BEST! Very precise and such attention to detail. I enjoy getting my nails done and I’m happy when I walk out the door. Added plus the nail salon is very clean! You will not be disappointed! Thanks Ryan for putting a smile on my face and making my nails look GREAT. I couldn’t be happier!

If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would. I have been going here for a few years and Heidi and Pauline were always fantastic. New owners took over and I had the worst experience ever last night. And the time before the pedicure that my daughter got was horrible. it only lasted a few minutes. Last night the pedicure was OK But she was doing dip on my nails, and she either ground down too much of my nail, or just burned me with the heat through my nail on my finger. My nails were way too short and she didn’t even do polish all the way to my cuticle. The shape of my nails is horrible and to top it off. I paid $140. I will not be back the new owners are horrible.

Paula is grrrrreat… she is so sweet and attentive to my nails and she makes me feel so comfortable every time I visit…I consider all my nail appointments like relaxing…. She is so sweet and I will continue to come to her ONLY… thank you Paula !!!

Paula & Ryan are both amazing! Gentle with the hands, very sweet & their work is to perfection!!! Both my daughter & I got our nails done here & she is Very Picky!! She walked out super happy with the results! These are our favorite set of nails we’ve gotten in years of me trying to find a spot we actually like & for a great price too! Phoenix Spa Will now be mine and my daughter’s new nail spa to go to! Highly recommend!

Ryan and Paula are very good at doing nails, Ryan did my nails and they came out perfectly and Paula did my moms and they came out exactly how she wanted them. The workers here are super sweet and gentle on your hands i recommend coming here 100%.

Like a lot of people, I have tried so many nail salons in port orange to find the ONE nail tech. However, it was really hard for me to find a nail technician who does what u ask without making you feel guilty for asking while paying ridiculous prices. Then I decided to give this place a chance while expecting not much experience than what I have been getting somewhere else. I was very wrong. Ryan did my nails so beautiful. I showed him what i wanted in google Image, and he delivered. He put so much care in every little detail. He was very gentle and asked me every time if that was the length and shape I wanted. I promise, the picture and lighting don't give it justice how beautiful my nail looks.Kim did my pedicure, and she was very nice as well. Thank you! I will definitely be back.
