“I love Publix! To be honest, one of the main things I love about them is the friendly staff always willing to help and always acknowledging you with “ can I help you find something?”. No better customer service anywhere!! If they don’t have an item-they order it for you. Very clean store.”

“I went into this store today a little before 4pm. My children wanted subs. There was ONE young lady working . A line of three with myself included. ALL ALONE!! Staying calm, never breaking pleasant customer service but coming from similar issues at my employment I knew if it was me I wouldn’t have. She was very efficient and definitely not moving slow but do to customer requests and specifications etc etc it takes time Finally after 15 another lady comes to help her and “ lady helping all of us says …. There are online orders coming in, one of which is due in 2 mins”, lady who had finally walked up, took all the online order slips, clipped them up in front of our lady and walked off. The WHOLE reason for this post is because I was an idiot and never got “ out ladies name” but I hope she sees this and k owes that tonight, someone is truly appreciating the service you gave us today and the work you may or may not be recognized for but deserve to be. “I cannot stress enough how incredible this Walgreens is and their photo department. My husband recently passed away at a young age and I needed some pictures specially done ASAP the day before his funeral. The young man who helped me was absolutely incredible, kind and so sympathetic to my situation. He was truly an angel and I was so blessed to have him help me. All the employees here are extremely pleasant it’s very refreshing to receive such a wonderful customer service because I feel like that’s a lacking in so many places these days.”

“went this CVS for a run in, I can never just run in..I love to browse.the store was really clean fully stocked and Christmas items were out on display. went with my daughter, and we spent a good 30 mins in the Christmas isle. had a lot of fun just goofing around. The kid greeted us when we came in ,for me thats always a flag that he was not only trained properly, but actually listened and does his job. Everyone thinks CVS is so expensive, but if you look around, there are tags on everything. we got to the register, and after putting my phone number in my total was 4 cents.. thats right $.04! definitely worth the trip, and ill def. be going back. love it!”

“Honestly just want to say how amazing this pharmacy is. I just saw a bunch of bad reviews and it makes me wonder how.
Maybe a few years ago but not in the last year that I’ve been going.
My toddler seems to be prone to catching any and every sickness that anyone has. & it’s always the most inconvenient times when the pharmacy is either REALLY busy or about to close. Yet Jerry is always able to take care of us.
Tonight was no exception. I went in 25 minutes before closing just to see if there was any possibility of getting my toddlers prescription that was sent in an hour before. I knew there was a big chance it might not be possible and I wasn’t going to argue or make my case because I saw how busy they were.
However, the person up front was super kind and understanding of my toddlers age and the pharmacist Jerry ( who is always top tier nice/understanding) was able to expedite it for me.
I do not expect in the future for that to happen and I will never assume that will happen again. But Jerry is always really great at working with me even when I’m sure it’s crazy on his end.
I just want to say how much I appreciate him and the team. As a mom, it’s really hard to see my kids suffer and being able to rely on my pharmacy is huge.
Thank you again. ( I think the pharmacists name is “ Jerry” if not then I’m sorry! )”

“First time to this location, great experience! I needed help locating a few items and was able to get it right away with no problem and was very polite getting the help I needed. Not all items I needed were in stock at the time but I was able to get the information on what location had the product in stock as well. Very professional, very pleased!!!”
