My girlfriend's car broke down conveniently next door, and Hunter from O'Reilly's helped us get it back into shape to drive. For a young kid he knows a lot about cars. They charged us basically nothing to run diagnostics on the vehicle and fix it with a small part. Life savors. Thank you Hunter! Highly recommend!

I usually buy all my parts for my 4 vehicles here. That ended today. I went in waited for 5 minutes because only one person was available. I just needed a quick scan to see which wheel speed sensor was needed so I could purchase it. Another employee came out to help. He cleared the line as I waited for him to catch up. The part that made me upset is that his buddies came in with rotors so he acted like I wasn't even there. Maybe he doesn't want anybody but his buddies business. That's ok maybe Autozone will benefit from my family's purchases moving forward.

I will be contacting corporate after this. The store manager Nefti (sure i spelt this wrong) bench tested my daughters alternator and it came back bad which has a lifetime warranty but because they could not find it in the computer he basically told me to kick rocks. He told me right from the gitgo that it was and Oreilly lifetime alternator. He had such an attitude actually another customer jumped in and said something to him about how rude he was as i was walking out he mumbled something in spanish that i did not understand. this guy should not hold any management position. his customer service sucks. I had to go to another parts store and they told me his is a new manager there and has heard customers state things just like mine. someone higher up needs to put this guy in check.

Very rude workers they don't honer lifetime warranty went in there the other day to replace a part that was under warranty the worker was very rude and kept making nasty comments I will never shop there again we used to shop there for years

Seeing the last review was concerning regarding car battery installation. My Ford Fusion needed a battery and we called Advanced auto parts first, but they declined to put in the battery over the phone. So we called O’Reilly next and they said they would install. I believe it was the same person, Tom (had a red beard) came out and was extremely polite and courteous. He changed the battery in less than 15 min. I would highly recommend calling ahead first to see if they can change a battery out or not and I would recommend this place if they can.

The Assistant Manager Kish was so kind and respectful I will now always come to this store first. He came out to check our battery and it turns out it was a bad battery. He told me the battery was still under warranty and I would not have to pay anything and the best part He installed the battery for us. Kish is a keeper!

There are a lot of choices for auto parts and for the most part they all have the same drawbacks. I've found O'Reilly to have good inventory and helpful employees.

Don’t advertise changing headlights on your website if your employees won’t do it. The website says sometimes it’s too complicated, but employee didn’t even ask the type of car or check- just rattled that off as an excuse not to do something that this company claims to be offering. Just go to Autozone or Firestone down the street at this rate.
