THEY ARE DOWNRIGHT PREDATORY! THEY LITERALLY STOLE $15,575.00 from my savings account. My husband was in an accident in 2023 and nearly 2 YEARS LATER THEY DECIDE TO TAKE THE INSURANCE PAYMENT BACK THAT WAS ISSUED TO REPAIR THE TRUCK FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT! My husband was not on MY acct & I did not endorse the check. Somewhere along the line the assumed the truck was totalled (which would have been a $22K ins payment) & no one will admit their error. PLUS we have been paying for full coverage insurance for this stupid loan which was another couple thousand dollars.
I was led to believe for months now that “I have been through enough” and if I let them have the money from Progressive “they would settle my account for that payment”. Once they got the money, the story changed & now they want to charge me $3000 more!!! I have paid them over $30,000 for a $20,000 loan and they just keep taking!!.OMG PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE!
I seriously do not know how this location stays in business. I have had a couple loans with OMF in Ohio & since we moved here they transferred my loan here. I called to try consolidate my current loan, to make my payment more manageable, & they have made me jump thru hoop after IMPOSSIBLE hoop to REFINANCE. This store is the reason that people don't trust OMF. My experience in Ohio was a NIGHT & DAY difference.

I’ve only been to the Port Orange branch but I’ve Always been treated with respect. They have worked with me when I needed help. I don’t need to go anywhere else. Keep up the Great Work!

Even if you have EXCELLENT approval odds you still won't get a loan. You get a hard credit pull for someone to take 10 minutes to deny you with no further information. I wasn't even given and option for a smaller loan, just a "we won't be able to give you a loan at this time, sorry" Don't recommend!

The experience was great and the service was very nice, The computer were slow but I was patient and was very calm for the worker was very patient and reasonable doing her job. I would recommend other to go to One Main Financial to help them with there situation.
