I was in there a few months ago and didn’t leave happy and he was the one who helped me this time and he was efficient, he did his due diligence and he made sure I got what I came there to get, he got done what I thought wasn’t going to get done, and he appreciated my business and he was as excited about me getting my new phone as I was. Between this and going to a corporate store I choose this store. The corporate stores don’t care, don’t try and seem like they don’t want you to even get a phone. This is the only store I will go to, recommend , or endorse. The manager was very awesome too. They care that I’m happy and want my return business. I can’t say that about many places anymore. It seems like places don’t even care about customer service or satisfaction. And that is why I never go to the same place when they do their job well and never go back when they don’t.Marlin was great. I’m excited to work with him in the future and i know he will do what he says he will. He did great and it was a business account and his first one and there was a duplicate application with a prior ATT situation months ago when I was able to get anything after hours of working on it. This is the longest positive review I have ever wrote and I’m one of those people who does intend to write good reviews but then just never get to it. If I could I would have bud light make a “here’s you, Mr. Get me that phone I’ve been wanting but people keep messing it up guy””

“Kenny is a real asset to T-Mobile. He goes way beyond what is necessary. Couldn’t get Bluetooth to work in car and he came outside and helped to get to work. Very knowledgeable. Just came in store phone wouldn’t turn on. Kenny said it updated and showed me what to do if it happened again. He definitely should be commended for this and get some compensation.”

“Just stopped in to exchange a router. Every employee seemed busy when I walked in but I got called in less than 10 seconds. She checked my ID and swapped my hardware in less than 2 minutes. It took me longer to sign in on the tablet at the door than it did to do everything else.”

“First time here and integrity and honesty is what I experienced. I thought my charging port was bad and a part was ordered. When I brought the phone in for the repair Eric checked the port, cleaned it out and that was all that was needed. No charge and I was on my way. Everyone I talked to was very respectful.
