Dylan went above and beyond to help me out with my membership issues that no mister store could figure out, hence it only took him about 3 minutes to fix my issue. spoke to other managers at other stores that pretty much told me to call a number because they were not sure what the problem was. I have been dealing with this for months and it has finally been fixed ?

One of the new locations and must day the place is great machines are in great condition don't seem to harsh on vehicle and staff is always attentive and prompt with customers no matter how busy.

I love this new location! Very easy to pull into the premise and vacuum but not as easy to exit! No complimentary coffee? C’mon guys.

Direct contact in an automated wash is rarely required. My interactions with Shelby and later, with Erica were quite good. Both associates were friendly and smiled easily, remained professional and are an asset to the operation.

I like the Mister Carwash on Clyde Morris Blvd as it's close to home. I like the free vacuums and the helpful staff. While not as good as a hand wash, it does quite a good job cleaning my car. I especially like the subscription service that let's me get as many car washes as I like per month. A real money saver.

Paid $10 for the "basic wash" which missed several large sections on the sides and rear of my vehicle and now my hood is covered in micro scratches that were not there before coming in. This is a brand new car and the first time I washed it. My last car I had for ten years and always washed by hand, not once did I ever have a scratch on the hood. Now I buy a new car and take it to an automatic wash one time and the hood is scratched up.
