When I walked into the store I was greeted by tenna she is very polite very helpful! It was nice to step in the store and be treated like a queen and she's definitely a very caring person. I definitely will come back to see Tenna
And also with my granddaughter when she needs a new phone I will definitely come here to Port Orange

I’ve tried to call every single Tmobile store going down the list NO ONE will pick up! All I want to do is pay for a family member, and all of them are always like this until it says enter your remote access code then locks you out of the account! I might pay more for Att but so much more worth it not the hassle, now by NOT wanting to drive to pay it defeats the purpose

I am currently standing in the lobby been here for 10 mins while the employees are in the back on there phones this is horrible service none is in the lobby yet here they still sit playing on there phones unacceptable

Awful customer service .....will be back with more details 13 year customer never late payment....do not let them have access to bank account for auto pay.....has to get new card from bank to make sure they dont have acess to my account or......I am bavk they need to investigate C C .....she is ripping older generation off amd traing the Port Orangr store some bad habits she never took the tabley off .... I had my we hole dcredit card change so she would no longer have access to my account .....she is a liar and your metro store in Port Orange is suffering because of her ......I will not stop until she is gone at this point ...other people know how awful that store is!!!!!!

I went in to have a new phone added on my line and CeeCee started out nice until she hooked my phone up wrong and I had to go back in once I left and got to my car and realized it was under SOS. She was not happy that I came back in the store and told her I couldn’t use my phone she proceeded to tell me that she was hungry and she needed to eat and kept rolling her eyes took my phone, super frustrated you could hear her voice and her facial expressions. She proceeded to lock the door so that nobody else could come in so I was locked inside with her because she again told me she was hungry. I offered to go get her something to eat, and she wouldn’t even answer me , finally she did something to my phone to make it work but wouldn’t tell me what she did so WOW what a horrible experience. There’s no reason for anyone to talk to or treat somebody like that much less lock you inside of the store. Oh and not to mention she forced me to take a tablet that I did not ask for or want and of course she stated it was absolutely free well that was not true so I just spent 45 min in the phone getting that taken care of. CeeCee does not belong in customer service position she’s very unprofessional and not helpful.

Don't fall for the tablet scam. They tell you your bill will be cheaper...and your bill goes up $40 the next month. Everyone working there are like used car salesman.

Staff was friendly, that is about all I can say. We had bought an unlocked phone from another vendor that Metro doesn't carry. We went to this location to get it activated. While we were there, the "manager" said that we were also eligible for a lower rate and a free tablet. We told her that we didn't want to change our plan by any means and stated that several times. We get Amazon Prime because of a promotion a few years ago and didn't want to lose it. She told us that we wouldn't but she could save us a few dollars a month. Including the "free" tablet. One, we lost Prime, two, she lied, the tablet was not "free" as she had promised. It took an hour and a half on the phone that night with customer service and still didn't get it fixed. That's when we found out what the cost of the tablet was, $20 bucks a month. Still didn't get Amazon fixed. Then I had to spend 2.5 hours of my work day the next day, at the store to get it fixed. After 2.5 hours, it was fixed, got Prime back but still bold faced lied to about the cost for my "free" tablet. So for the almost 5 hours of our time, including lies, lost work and we are back. And just think, we save $7 dollars a month, whoop-de-do. We I did get a - thanks for your business, out of it.
