“Except for a rude receptionist, everybody else was great, fast service. I know the receptionist deals with a lot of people everyday, but a little bit less nastiness would help. We are all there because there is possibly something wrong and her attitude doesn't help.”

“If I could give more Stars i would, my daughter is terrified to get her blood drawn, often gets sick, and we have to get it done twice a year. this was our 2nd time to the Pt Orange location and this time was even better than the 1st which is why we came back. when walking back with the tech, it was clear my daughter was nervous, I don't know her name, but another woman, possibly a manager, came in and immediately started a conversation with her, made her laugh, the tech was engaging her as well, and I will tell you, this made all the difference in the world, Thank You So Much for helping her get thru this today! “I came in for labs this morning and was pleasantly greeted by the front desk as well as my phlebotomist, Nasha. I had to have many tubes drawn and the whole process was easy and pain free. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”
