Finally got my nails done for the first time in over 3 years and got french style done using dip. My nails look amazing! Mimi was awesome!!! Highly recommend!

Got a pedicure and it turned out fine . Also got my eyebrows waxed from a different person . When it came take time to pay I tipped 16$ for my 64$ service which which is about a 25% tip. Which I think is fairly good . But then the lady who did my nails I guess did not think that was enough and started telling me how she did my nails and someone else did eyebrows which usually the same person does it so I dont have to tip twice . So then I give her another 5$ and she still didn’t look happy so I gave her another 5$ and she was like “okay you can go now” so a 26$ tip all together for a 64$ service . I just felt so awkward and uncomfortable. I dont know if I’ll go again or not :(

This is why I do my nails at home. I want to preference this by saying I do not write reviews. I normally do my own nails at home, but I didn't have time this week and decided to try M&M due to their reviews. I got a pedicure w/gel and a full set w/ gel totaling to $100 w/o a tip. The pedicure was amazing, I have 0 complaints. However, my nails are atrocious. My nails were not prepped properly, my nature nails were not trimmed, my cuticles were not pushed back or tended to, the acrylic does not fill my entire nail, the shape is off, and their are bumps/streaks and the whole manicure felt rushed. I am lucky I even got cuticle oil. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. (the photos are from the day after)

My 8 year old daughter and I came in for a kids mani/pedi and I received a pedi as well. The staff was very kind and attentive . My daughter was a little nervous because it was her first time and Cody did an amazing job. He was very professional and gentle with my daughter. My nail tech was fantastic as well! Thanks for a great experience, we are already looking forward to our next visit!
Cleanliness: 100 % clean and professional.

Was charged twice for the same service. Had to go back in and wait over a week for a refund and staff acted like it was an inconvenience to charge folks accurately.

BEWARE! (Read to the end) I have been to M-M nail spa many times because I had a favorite and excellent nail technician named Pam who has since left. I have been back several times because their hours are good, but I have always had substandard and rushed manicures and pedicures. They clearly do not think it is important their do a good job on their clients or to give them a decent pampering experience either. Today she literally gave me an arm and hand massage that lasted less than 2 minutes for both arms‼ I guess they don't realize that people are wanting the pampering experience as much as the nail Treatment. BUT TODAY, THE WORST PART WAS that she used unsanitized and used tools to give me a manicure‼ YIKES‼ The Emry board was clearly used on many people. Then she opened up a little case with her tools, and there was all sorts of nail residue and dust inside the case so I'm pretty sure she doesn't sanitize them. I was surprised to find that one of my nails had fungus under the nail, yet she still did not clean her tools after she worked on me. I have to wonder if the fungus was from the last time my nails were done there.

Got nicked during pedicure when manicurist was trimming cuticles. Not the end of the world, but they kept doing things in that area like it wasnt an exposed wound, IE... The nail file kept running over it... tried to cut more of the cuticle away in the area. It became very painful.
I paid extra to get the pedicure with paraffin wax treatment. The paraffin wax was applied and only allowed to sit for about three minutes. Not a great experience. I wouldn't go back.

I drive from Ormond just so I can get my nails done by Vu. I have tried other places closer but he does the best job on my nails and I don’t have to sit there forever. He has taken such good care of my nails that I no longer need tips and my nails are strong and natural. If you are near the Pavillon, be sure to go to M & M nails and ask for Vu. You won’t be disappointed.
