I attempted to use Jodys services for my 2020 tax filing needs and it was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I called her office where I was told to send an email with details of my tax requirements and that they would set everything up from there. I did as requested and was given a portal login to upload my tax docs. Did that same day. My extension was filed and then weeks went by and I heard nothing. I emailed their admin email requesting updates and requesting to schedule time to speak with Jody as there were specific things I wanted to cover and make sure were filed. I received not a single response. Fast forward to yesterday when I called to get an update and was told she was about done with my return and ready to file it so I asked about my tax specifics I sent over and NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS ADDRESSED, this woman was going to file my taxes and not address a single thing I requested to discuss to ensure my taxes were correct. By the time their front desk person was able to sort that mess out with her, I then get a call back that she won’t do my taxes because my husband and I file married and separate (as is legal to do seeing as how we do it every year and have for years). She literally refused to file my taxes because we won’t file married and jointly and tried to say it’s illegal per the IRS. I then received an email from her that she doesn’t have availability to accept new clients….this late in the year…after accepting all my documents and trying to willie nillie file my taxes incorrectly…0/5 stars would NEVER recommend her.

Jody and her team are awesome to work with. They are quick to answer any questions that you may have. I have an online business that requires me to file taxes in many states. She always has all my tax returns done accurately and on time. They made my life easier. Now I have more time to focus on my business. If you are looking for an accountant that is knowledgeable, than Jody is your person.

Fantastic CPA. Knows tax laws/regulations inside and out. Handled my somewhat complex tax return with a business I sold with ease, maximizing benefit to me. Got things done when she said she would and communication was great. Will definitely use her in the future.

Jody did my husband's and my personal and business returns. She was extremely patient, very responsive, thorough, and detail oriented. We had a lot of corrections that needed to be made and she did an excellent job making sure that everything was submitted correctly. She did a huge amount of work and I'm so glad we found her! Definitely recommend!!

Jody and her team are extremely detailed and thorough from the beginning of their process to the finish. They are really diligent when it comes to starting ahead of schedule.
