“My quest to find the supplies to prepare a Welcome poster for an upcoming Engagement Party brought me to Michaels. LaSharla very kindly offered to guide me thru the necessary supplies needed, taking into consideration the layout of the photos that were to be included. She was amazing. A short time after our sale was complete and we were on our way, I realized that I did NOT have the photos!! We returned, retraced our steps and came up empty handed. The entire staff (even some customers) aided in the 20 minute store-wide search. Finally my red photo folder was located in a shopping cart!!! Thanks to LaSharla, and the other employees who joined in the search!”
“Came in for a better fan and a specialty brush. They had coupons online and a QR code too. Store was smallish compared to other Michael's, but they have what I needed. Good variety of canvas sizes. Today was buy one, get one free. With my coupon, I got 30% off my big new specialty brush. Close to home in a nice shopping Plaza with Belk, 5 Below, Home Goods and more!”

“Honestly what a great guy. I was looking for a Santa Fe caboose and there was none in the system. He and I looked and found one though and even said that only a few selection were made. Not only that but gave me a better deal than what it was listed for on the shelf! This guy was a great help and had a big heart. Can’t wait to test it back on the tracks at home!”
