About my last couches here they held up pretty well. It seems like half the times that I have driven by they were going out of business but after 15 years they still haven't. So if you're trying to haggle with them just ask them when they're next going out of business sale is.

Very nice home town furniture store. We have purchased several items over the years and I can say the quality is very good, the sales people aren't pushy, and the prices are comparable to larger stores.

Disappointed with my kitchen table!! Easily chips if fork or knife hits it!! Really!! Have to use tablecloth or keep a marker handy!! Horrible Quality!!

Unprofessional and rude service. I had purchased a living room set from Haynes Brothers Furniture in Port Orange store. To make a long story short. A zipper was damaged on a section of my sofa. Joe from the store came out to look at it and decided that section of the sofa should be replaced. I set up a delivery for today. The truck arrived and begone unloading the section of the sofa. It was misting out. The section of the sofa was not covered. I had mention it to the worker. I said its light rain and you don't have it covered. He rudely said its not raining. Brought the section of the sofa into the house, Only one of the men had a mask on. The section of the sofa was damp to the touch. I have mention it and he rudely said its because its cold. He began to flip the sofa over using dirty gloves by himself I said no, they didn't do that to remove the piece before was rude to me and said "yes I did" I wanted to have a quick look at the piece they were installing and notice that stuffing was coming out of the zipper I un zipped it to make sure it was working properly so I could remove the piece in the future for cleaning. One of the workers rudely said "are you done!" They were both unprofessional and rude.Regardless weather it was raining or not. The Funiture should of been covered and both of the workers should of worn mask, not just one. I'm still waiting on two barrel chairs I have not received. I never seen such unprofessional and rude people in my life. Because of this I will not buy or recommend Haynes Brothers to anyone.

They will sell you insurance policy that doesn't cover anything they tell you it does! BEWARE THESE SLIMY PEOPLE ARE LIARS! That is why they have faced multiple law suits with another one coming their way!

Excellent customer service and follow up. After our out door chairs were delivered we noticed a couple screws were not secure. I called Donna and she said she would send someone out to fix and she did. They called and scheduled a time that was convenient for us and followed through.

As someone who worked there I can tell you, they are all pushy. The owner family member is an A**. The sales manager is clearly an idiot, the sales staff, well to say the least. Once 5 p.m. hits, the sales guys in evening start drinking alcohol and get mouthy, not only with other employees but with customers (they don't even care). One sales person is what they call "A functioning Alcoholic) meaning at lunch breaks he goes and drinks a six pack and continues to drink throughout the day. Believe it or not, the family nephew (who claims to be an owner) knows this and is ok with it. I made several complaints working from 5-7pm that drinking should not be allowed. I was the bad person for pointing out, customers were upset several times with how they were spoken too. The younger girls Brazilian flirts with everyone! OMG! She is the sale manager's favorite everyone calls her the princess! Need I say more?
