Machines never work right. Hot water doesn't work on most machines. My rinse cycle was not working properly. It diplayed 12 min left for almost 20 mins and did not rinse clothes properly. When i tried to bring to laundry attendants' attention, i was told it was my fault to call the number on the sign and was not willing to help me with issue so i just wont use this place anymore seems to be everytime i come here its something

Camille and the women that do the laundry are very nice and easy to talk to and get along with. Whenever I need to use a laundromat for big loads, I always go to their location in Port Orange. It is very relaxed and an all-around pleasant experience. A+++

Good laundry mat. Clean and not over crowded. The ladies that work there are very nice and helpful. I had a lot plus blankets and one of them offered to help me fold the blankets. We were here on vacation. I've never really had a good experience at any laundry mat so this was a nice surprise. I've had to go twice.

I haven't needed to visit a laundromat in years but am so glad I found this place. Not only is it super clean, carpeted and air conditioned; it has several attendants that are more than happy to assist you with anything you might need. They must remember their regulars because Camile pegged me as a newbie the second I came thru the door. She was a great help selecting the right size machines and how long the process would take. Prices seemed very reasonable. Next time I need the use of a commercial size machine I won't hesitate to return.

I understand that you all do laundry for others outside of there. But you can't use up every washer, dryer, and table to fold clothes. It's very rude to the customers that come into use them and can't get access to them because you have them all in use!

We use hassle free for all of our business needs as a wedding venue and bed and breakfast. We have used other local services in the past and they are miles apart! Super professional, always clean, folded, and separated (which is extremely important to us as we have different sized beds in our guest rooms) and truly HASSLE-FREE! The pick up and drop off service is a breeze, can’t recommend them enough!

I've been using Hassle Free Laundry for about 4 months now and as a single mom with two kids, it's been a lifesaver for me. The prices are great, my laundry is folded perfectly every time, and it's always picked up and delivered on time. Communication is always very timely. I needed a very large, king sized quilted bedspread laundered and I found Hassle Free Laundry. Not only did they do a beautiful job, they asked if we were allergic to Tide. I've never had anyone ask that, but I was happy they did.....my husband is allergic to Tide. They finished the job much faster than I would have thought. The laundry is very clean and very well managed. I would definitely use them again.
