I just test drove a cargo van they had for sale. Jeff was very informative. I wanted to see how she handled and if I liked it I wanted to see if my mechanic was available to able to look at it.
I live just across the Dunlawton Bridge, wanted to see how she handled the incline/decline &
because it was extra long I also wanted to make sure she fit in my parking space.
The AC didn't work on the floor and I have rheumatoid arthritis so needed to get my feet up and cooled for a few min. I went inside and called Jeff asking if I could get a car fax report sent to me. He said he would, come on back because it takes awhile.
I informed him that I wanted to wait & negotiate on the phone from my condo because I need AC under 70 degrees because of health conditions and knew his office would not be cool enough nor could I elevate my feet.
He told me to just come back it takes up to 24 for the report so I could come back tomorrow.
Now, I've purchased a lot of vehicles, and never had I heard of such nonsense. Carfax take just a few minutes to pull.
When I arrived back a few minutes later I pulled in spot and parked really close to a jeep he had for sale. When I was just putting it in to park I heard him yelling at me, swearing, saying I hit the jeep, and was astonished because I knew I parked close but I could see in the review mirrors I hadn't hit it.
He also said he was insulted because I said his office wouldn't be cool enough. Smh, really?
He did apologize, but wow. I don't think I've ever been sworn at like that by a stranger, much less a salesperson. Is it because I'm a woman he thinks he can talk to me like that?
It's too bad because I was considering purchasing his van.
No thanks. I would have given him 1 star, but he was good before I left.

This place was a God send! To start I got my car towed to Honest One Auto already knowing the issue, they were gonna charge me $994 to replace my starter, I heard of Hamilton through a friend and decided to get a 2nd opinion, they replaced and fixed my car in one day and saved me a fortune!!! 100 percent professional staff and honest quality work!! I just want to say if you find yourself stranded away from home or if you're a local this is THE PLACE to go. My son was 8 hrs from home and was in a bad way. Jeff (the owner) was FANTASTIC and got him in even though he was short handed. He got him back going and went above and beyond. He even rode in the truck with him to be sure. Many places when they see a 20 yr old come in far from home they will try to take advantage but not here. I even called Jeff myself and talked to him since I was not on vacation with them and he went over all the details with me. This place is top notch! If you read this Jeff I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being good to my son. May God bless you always.

Hamilton Auto Sales in Port Orange FL is a very trustworthy and reputable place to buy a vehicle or repair one. They do great work and they really make the effort not to charge astronomical prices. They explain everything that’s wrong which is nice, because they are very honest and don’t treat me any differently not knowing anything much about car repairs. It’s nice to know you can bring your car here and it’s not going to break you. I’m a loyal customer now!

I have been coming to Jeff for about a year and a half now and I will never go anywhere else again. He does phenomenal work and always tries to save his customers money if possible.
