I was apprehensive to leave a review, but after being so unhappy since I left that place I feel it's only right. I went in for a color and a cut. I told her and showed her to the middle of my back!! I had long hair to my waist and when I left it was to my shoulders!! It took everything in me not to cry!!! I'm still in such shock that This Shannen girl did that and then acted like she s didn't realize my hair was so curly! I literally told her! But she put my hair in long ponytail and just hand cut off instead of doing a lil at a time! I will never go back there and then got charged 130 00 dollars!!! I feel like it was done on purpose and now I'm praying my hair grows back! I seriously contemplated getting a lawyer because I'm an actress and needed my hair a long length, I swear people do not listen and do whatever they want!! So BEWARE , CUZ I DEFINITELY DIDN'T GET MY EXPECTATIONS!!!

I only posted one star , if I didn’t it would not let me post !!!Sooo disappointed :( I was referred by a friend)she paid 130.00 for the same services that I received! they are totally outrageously priced !The stylist charged me 280.00 for hi lites / lo lites and a terrible haircut and I was there 4 hours! Horrible experience ! What a waste of money and time that is ridiculous! Unbelievable ?I feel like I got totally screwed!!The owner was totally unfriendly.Service: Hairstyling

I asked to have my hair trimmed one size a number 2 but thuan didn't take her time to trim my hair right against the grain so I have spots all over that's uneven. Not recommending for buzz cut especially for $20.

After going to Thuan Le for 3 years for bleach & tone for my blonde hair, something awful happened. She was having an off day. Bleach on for 40 minutes & rinse & tone is the process. She sets a timer. I must have Redken products to avoid allergic reaction. It was time to rinse bleach & I was at the sink which she made comfortable with a pillow. I also always wear a smock & remove my blouse after having had several t-shirts ruined by bleach. She stopped the rinsing & said I needed more. Again put bleach on some spots & I sat & waited again. What happened is that she burned my hair & scalp!! A spot on my bangs is still not growing normally. This is 6 months later. I called Thuan & she refused to accept what happened. Did not offer refund either. The place is very clean but smocks are not offered until you ask. It is a beautiful salon. No Senior discounts days offered. Loyal customer for 3 years did not matter.
