Did not submit documents on time and ended up with a higher premium. Only had 1 of 2 people insured on cars when it finally came through. Premiums were not what they said they would be. And they were completely inaccessible once they had received our payment. I am switching and definitely encourage others to steer clear!

I called Gordon Gillespie Insurance in Port Orange for a quote and Gordon said he was going to lunch and said he would call me back with a quote. I gave him all the information needed, this was about 12:45 am Wednesday. He said he would call me back at 3:30 pm. Never called and it has been 24 hours later. I can't use a insurance company to insure my vehicles and houses that does not respond.Just my thoughts.

I absolutely didn't know I could love and insurance agent. I moved to Florida 9 years ago. I looked all over for a good insurance. What I can honestly say is Gordon is a great Agent who I respect him but he is an honest man and that's saying something now days.I used to look for a great insurance well I know now I will always have the best insurance and I know this because I have the very Best insurance agent ever. I recommend him and his agency I would give him a 25 ★ rating because he always goes over & Beyond anything you would ever expect.
