Great clips is an excellent place to get a haircut! Always efficient and quality service! Ashley is by far the best stylist! Takes her time to make sure she does the best by her customers! 10/10 would recommend!

I have never left a review before, but when I saw the prior post about Miranda, I was compelled to say something and set the record straight.
I have been going to Miranda for about a year and a half and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with her. While she may not be very talkative (which I personally prefer, because neither am I) she’s always been polite and kind. I have a medical condition (hyperalgesia) that makes me particularly sensitive to pain (even the slightest touch can cause pain) and I’ve never felt pain by Miranda. She gives a great head massage during the shampoo and it actually feels therapeutic.
While the prior poster said she wouldn’t recommend Miranda to anyone, I would recommend her to everyone and I’m so grateful to have found her for my hair needs!

I was in today my stylist name was Miranda. She greeted me with a smile we had a quick consultation best shampoo I have ever had. Loved my hair cut I would highly recommend her.

I’ve been coming here a while and this was by far the worst haircut i’ve ever gotten, went in for a simple trim asked for face framing, which i literally never got. took absolutely terrible care of my hair it hurt so bad i almost asked her stop just stop cutting my hair. kept creating big knots then going at it with a small comb and kept hurting my scalp. paid $25 to be in pain and not get what i asked for

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a salon. Let me explain. We enter together, my daughter and myself, greeted cheerfully by the lady with the dark brown hair, short stature. She was most friendly and definitely a keeper! However, whoever employed this haircutter known as Miranda, needs a reevaluation of what a good employee is. we showed the picture to Miranda and asked her if she could replicate this hairstyle. After a glimpse, she said sure. She did NOT smile, there was NEVER any engagement whatsoever, she had a gloomy face with no kindness attached. I WATCHED HER roughly comb knots out of my daughter’s hair, thinking to myself,”Miranda must be new.” Yet I tipped well. It was not only my teens FIRST experience ever cutting her hair at a facility, but it was truly THE WORST. I would never recommend this lady to anyone. This worries me because someone hired her. "Great Clips, where some employees clip without care." I will be passing this ordeal on to every person I encounter until her resignation is finalized.
We left here, her eyes balling, hopes CRUSHED, to Hair Cuttery who BLEW our minds! WASTED MONEY SPENT at Great Clips. DO NOT GO TO MIRANDA.

came in for a beard trim and lineup and the lady didn’t know what she was doing. Halfway through she told me the clippers she had weren’t meant to cut beards. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told that before I sat down. So I ended up paying $10 just to have to go somewhere else to finish my beard trim and line up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Save your money

Only go because its cheap and I get coupons. I checked in online ahead of time, I still get skipped over for someone that walked in AFTER me and didn't check in online. Not pleased waiting even though I checked in!
EDIT to add, MULTIPLE people walked in without an appointment and they got in the chair first. Before people that were sitting there. People are confused, they are getting mad because the stylist are just picking random names from the list and not going in order! That's not right. People's time is valuable also. I counted alteast 4 people come in without appointment and got in the chair to get their hair cut before the 7 other people that were sitting and had checked in online!!!!

First time at this hair salon and had a great haircut I checked in online and was in and out in 15 min. I highly recommend Miranda she was very friendly and did exactly what I asked for. Will definately be back
