Used this bank for 8 years or more with my personal and my business accounts for several years. After they switched to Synovus, the entire facility fell apart. Had several bad things to make this a one star review. Had a $22,000 cashiers check that cleared my account in 2 days and when I went to take money out of my account for a high dollar truck I wanted to buy they put a hold on my funds to “make sure it cleared”. Also got scammed on zelle. Called my bank while it had the pending transaction 30 minutes afterwards and when they finally answered the phone they told me “they would investigate it and check your account in 10 business days”. Also if you deposit cash, your funds for that isnt cleared for a business day. Online banking is absolutely horrible too. Switched my personal accounts to PNC and couldn’t be happier.

Cashed in some government bonds. I am not an account holder but the staff was inviting, friendly and efficient. The establishment was clean and inviting.
