If I could give this store negative stars I would. The supposed "pharmacy tech", not sure her name, but she was African American with long braids was extremely rude to me. The poor girl couldn't even tell me which Dr prescribed it when I asked because all she could tell me is it was not covered and handed me the prescription back. Long story short, if she can't "help me" and is rude I will no longer be sending my prescriptions there.

Their pharmacy area needs more help! Several folks in line waited over 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions! They don't stock much, and even auto refill items are often out of stock!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every time I’ve called they’ve hung up on me… no thank you or even a place out! Just click off the phone. When a text is received that my medication is ready for pick up, when I get there it is ALWAYS “It’s not ready, they’re working on it. Come back in an hour”. I wish I had another option for my prescriptions cause I absolutely despise having to go through CVS.

The pharmacy department is awful. If you are picking up a prescription plan on being in line or waiting in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes. The staff isn’t friendly or helpful about any questions. They take their time and ignore you while you’re waiting at the window. Definitely use another CVS!

This pharmacy and the pharmacists have not been reliable since I switched to them 3 months ago. I've seen 2 female pharmacists there, but one is rude. You'll know who the rude one is because the other female pharmacist is not rude. The things that come out of her mouth, I can't believe she is working there. Very, very unprofessional. I will not go to this store, in fact, I will not go to any CVS again due to this lady's actions.
*** in less than 24 hours, I was able to switch my prescriptions to the Neighborhood Walmart in Port Orange and they were filled within 2 hours in spite of being short handed.
Never again CVS.

Terrible pharmacy service and hours! Unable to speak to anyone in pharmacy, chat wants you to leave message as pharmacy was closed for lunch. No call back all afternoon and closed at 5pm on Saturday. Are we in the Stone Age?

The worst pharmacy I have ever gone to always short handed always very rude and short with me drive though is closed most of the time and when it is open very very long wait Oh and do not even try to call them I was hung up on a few times and never have my prescriptions in stock. My whole company has the same problems and by reading the posts this is an ongoing problem and they will not return the voice mail you have to leave if I could gave a zero I would do not go here

The blonde lady at the front of the pharmacy is very rude , would not recommend coming here. employees act like they hate there job .

THE PHARMACIST COMMENTED ON MY APPEARANCE!! After reading the terrible reviews and having a bad in person experience I tried to give this place a second chance but the first thing the pharmacist pointed out was that "I was pretty and had makeup on so she didn't recognize me" Never have I ever had such a weird and inappropriate experience at a healthcare provider EVER! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was trying to get my anxiety medication and after refusing my service the pharmacist said "goodbye and good luck love you" i couldn’t believe my ears. I worked in a pharmacy and I would’ve never treated my customers the way these people will treat you. Zero stars if i could but I can't :/

Orginally, only came in to resolve a simple issue. Quick fix, actually. After about an 8-10 min wait, watching while I'm waiting, a nice lady named Cheryl approached the consultation counter.During two to three sentences in explaining why I'm here; Ann forced herself into a peaceful interaction with an extremely abrasive character.Stunned for a moment at such unpleasant, unprofessional & unprovoked reason to verbally attack me just because I was there to resolve a simple fix.Especially from one who claimed to be a manager of the pharmacy. There is no way. How?The most rudest, sarcastic, condescending person I've dealt with in what's supposed to be a professional environment that "helps" people, not put them through hell.Unfortunately, the manager of cvs store had to get involved. It was totally unnecessary & it didn't have to escalate to that degree.Sarah handled the situation very well & professional. She even resolved the issue quickly after listening to what I had to say. Something so simple. THAT'S how a manager should be.Prior to Sarah resolving the issue; several insults from Ann were shouted at me with several customers within feet of me while multi-tasking in the back down to the medicine isles...Watching them even shake their head, it was unbelievable. Needless to say, I'm very shocked she is still employed, especially after Ann is almost bragging how many complaints she has had & nothing happens but a talk.I'm not sure what type of characters CVS Pharmacy on 3771 Clyde Morris hires & allows to happen, but I certainly won't be back. It's not worth it.That lady needs anger management, counseling, and a prayer. Best of luck.

My girlfriend tried using cvs for returning an item online through another store, the two women working today (10-30-23 6:30pm) were extremely rude mumbling under their breath. Horrible customer service.

Up front I will say I tried to contact the pharmacy and was put on hold. The hold time as I start this is 20:54 minutes. My wife and I went to get our Covid and flu shots on Wednesday October 4 at noon. The pharmacy was in complete disarray with crates stacked on the counters. The pharmacist asked how she could help over the crates (hold time 24:43). I stated we were there for our Covid and flu vaccines. She explained to me we could receive the flu vaccine but we would have to make an appointment for the Covid. I stated we have an appointment at noon. She said you do? Then proceeded to go check something which I can only assume was to verify our appointment. After a few minutes she returned and told us to sit in the waiting area and she would get to us. (Hold time 31:43). After 20 minutes she came out and asked where we wanted our shots. We asked if it mattered and she said no. We both got them in our left arm. We asked for our Covid record to be updated and she said we didn’t need them anymore but we asked for them anyway. She left and eventually came out with the records explaining she had moved something and found a bunch of dirt behind it and had to clean it up before she returned. Isn’t that something you want to hear that the pharmacy you’re at is filthy?About 9 PM we came down with the flu. Achy exhausted temps over 102. Never had this happen before after a shot. I now read the recommendation for people over 65 is to get one in one arm and the other in the other arm. But to be honest the pharmacist was so distracted I wouldn’t be surprised if we got two flu shots and no Covid shot.In any case, I would stay away from this pharmacy. Hold time 44:26. I’m hanging up. They don’t care.

Very very very slow and rude. Waited in the Dr. Thru for 25 mins. Use another CVS and avoid this one.
