I have been coming there for years now because it is the closet store. I have forgot my drivers license many times and do not always carry my Id because I tend to lose it. But for some reason even though I have a concealed permit present with my age on it and a medical marijuana liscense present with my age on it they would not sell me nicotine. I have been friendly with both the woman who work in the store and the manager lives only a few houses from me. Still I was denied my right to buy nicotine because I did not have a drivers license on me. Gail I cannot believe your employees would treat me like that. I feel as though I should never go to your store again and I should tell other people not to go there as well. I mean ive gone in your store for over three years and act like you don’t know I’m well over the age to buy tobacco products. This is the same woman who has denied me even though I have proven my age to her specifically twice now. I have gone back to my house and have gotten my Id and have proven to her on more than one occasion. I have no issues at any other establishment, and this is the one I frequent.

Gail the store manager is extremely rude. She always tells the customer to wait until she's done playing on her phone and refuses to honor the prices listed on the signs in the store. I told her I was in a hurry due to a death in my family and she thought that was funny. What kind of human being are you to laugh at someone who is mourning a loss.

It is very inconvenient when a convenient store does not have the drinks you want on their polar pop fountain. Tuesday i went in the us1 n nova store and they were out of my drink of choice: lemonade. I asked when they would have it and was told Thursday when the truck comes. Well today is Thursday and still no lemonade just straight water. I was pissed and just left. Guess I'll have to go out of my way (this circle k is across the street from my house) to get lemonade. It's a damn shame

Gail the store manager was very very rude , my mom went to get some Reese's peanut butter cups , game rellos, cig's , e.t.c when she saw that the Reese's came out to 4$ she asked the cashier (Gail) to take it off . She first stated that my mom was lucky to get it at that price because at other places it would be more , she then continued to say she would only take it off if she put it back where she found it , which for one that's very rude customer service coming from a store manager and two that's what she's getting paid to do is organize and put back items people don't want and much more , she does not deserve the tile of store manager if anything I believe she needs some time off so she can have time to reflect on her attitude and find a way to improve it , therapy is a great option! I myself work in a fast paced busy restaurant 6 days a week and I understand we all have bad days but her job looked pretty easy compared to what I do and I still constantly have a positive attitude and a smile on my face . This on her end was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful, not to mention my mom is partly blind in both eyes and can't see without her glasses. If I encounter this with her again we will have problems!!!!! I was looking forward to getting some scratch off tickets myself but her attitude with my mom was very distasteful and nasty ! Of course me and my mom being the nice people we are we put it back with no attitude and even said thank you and she continued to say Mhm . I suggest hiring people that are happy with life, expecially a store manager !!

Customer service was amazing. A lady with short hair greeted is and made sure that we were taking advantage of all the sales and saving we could get.

I will never go back to this store ever again. I usually visit 3 times a week and spend around 1400 a month in fuel cigarettes and drinks. Today, I go in, and Jenny, the cashier, asks for my ID for the cigarettes . No problem, I gave her my ID it's expired by like one day, so she doesn't accept it even though it has my picture my birthday, which I'm 35. Then she told me she was supposed to keep it. Wrong that is stealing. Circle k lost my business of 10 years, and I will not go back
