I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bank. The staff members were unfriendly and downright rude. They insisted on holding my deposit for my son's account for an unreasonable 11 days. Additionally, when I filed a complaint with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, instead of addressing my concerns, they inexplicably cancelled my credit card—even though I consistently paid the balance in full. Such treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service standards.

Although I only have a credit card with Chase Freedom. I've had it since I was a gun dealer back in North Carolina.

Was making a simple deposit the girl disappeared. Another lady came out, moved me out of line so I went and sat down and waited to be waited on or for them to complete my transaction. She was so rude and arrogant. You can do better chase bank!!!!!!

Been banking with them for years mostly on line, always found all to very efficient and most are customer focused. BUT The other morning I attempt to log on but can't until i agree to a week long of reading a new policy and their on line rules have changed. If I don't check off that i agree my on line use will cease. Stopped in at the branch to have this explained and was told agree or take a hike! I hope they don't go down the same road as that other arrogant western sounding behemoth that almost toppled. Young Port Orange branch lead associate fellow! Not all dress in suits to go too the bank. U were rude!!

The bank manager Janice Bernardo is extremely low effort and unprofessional, and very rude. You will be treated based upon your bank account total by staff. The tellers are also rude and inconsiderate to customers. Misinformation is given openly and follow through is minimal. After banking at this particular branch since 2011 I will be removing all ties to this bank ASAP and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Went in this morning regarding fraudulent transactions being on my account due to a sim swapping hacker. I was told appointments were booked by last Thursday and I was unable to be seen today and would have to make an appointment. What chase bank have you been to that you have to make an appointment in order to be seen by a representative. Completely understaffed especially it being one out of two chase banks that are open on saturdays near Daytona beach. With only two representatives working on a Saturday morning. Absolutely ridiculous as many people do not work saturdays and that’s the only time out of the week that we can stop in. Do no go here unless you make a appointment the week prior.

never in my lie have I had to make an appointment to see a banker, or when I go there the bank is closed when it's no holiday. I love chase but the bank manager needs to be replaced!

This is by far the worst chase bank that I’ve ever been to between Ny and Florida. I’ve been coming here back and forth since 2020 and never once has there been a sales person or somebody that works for Chase to help or accommodate me every time I go in there they tell me there’s a wait or there’s nobody there and they are extremely rude.

Had a good experience at Chase Bank on Nova in Port Orange on Wednesday. I was impressed on how organized they were and how great the customer service was. Came in to have a form notarized. When walking in I was approached immediately by a young lady that asked me if I needed assistance. After telling her why I was there she immediately called for a notary person to assist me. The person came out from behind the counter and took me right to her cubicle where we exchanged pleasantries and got what I needed done. When I was done the they all wished me a good day. Other banks should take notice and follow Chase banks example. Glad this is my primary bank.
