My kitchen remodel was a long and difficult process, as I hear most are. First know that Alex, the manager in Pt. Orange, went above and beyond to accommodate me. She genuinely seemed to care and offered her advice and support throughout, with the exception of the installation by "Joey". The installation was a total nightmare. Joey, who is subcontracted by CFO, left the job unfinished and unacceptable to have my countertop installed. Not one of the base cabinets were level! He used the wrong screws and split several pieces of the cabinet boxes, not to mention removing my window frames which supported my screens, which now I have none. In addition, he left a scratch on my brand new stainless steel range. I never mentioned it for fear of not getting the job done, which ironically was left undone anyway! If you buy your cabinets there; DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLER, or you'll regret the outcome, I'm sure!

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM. I purchased cabinets from Alex (female) and none of her promises were true. They did not meet the dates for arrival or install. You get what you pay for. Cheap cabinets that are already peeling. After install I provided payment for counter tops and was told they'd be out in a couple days, two weeks later they came out to measure and Alex wanted me to pay extra because they couldn't make the original install date so I cancelled the order before the it was placed. When I asked for a refund they denied it stating I could have a credit. After talking to two other employees who stated they didn't understand the owners decision, I asked for the owner to contact me which he failed to do. My only option to get my money returned was to contact my credit card company and file a dispute. Three months later (today) I won the dispute. No one from Cabinet Factory Outlet responded to the banks dispute. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

remodeling and upgrading my father's house to be sold and made the mistake of using your company.your cabinet guy was mediocre to say the least, except for the fact that he didn't cut the holes for the outlet boxes for the electrician to installthis clown tried to leave without putting the proper number of screws and anchors in the cabinet on the microwave mounting side of the kitchen, our contractor Manuel caught that and made the guy install more brackets.horrible.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Never used this company but they thought it would be a good idea to use my yard as their own personal dumping ground and then blocked me when asked to come pick up their trash.
