The new manager, Bo, Mike whoever he is, have ruined my car, lied about repairs, what's been found, what's been done, mechanics breaking essential moving parts ripping leather seats, funny how you spend 3000.00 and something goes wrong after they supposedly fix your car. Caught in out and out lies. Acting as if it's OK for mechanics to break expensive things, expose customers to danger in their cars by leaving safety cover off electrical charged areas that could shock you or catch fire. Being instructed to repair damages they caused by higher ups, then surprisingly, it will be another 600.00 for the thing already paid for.
It did not used to be that way at all. RIDULOUS and criminal.

Drove in on an almost flat. Must have picked up a screw. It was a busy day with lots of flats ahead of me.
Mine turned out to be unfixable, and I had to get a couple of new tires, which added another hour and a 1/2 on to my time. I'm thankful I lived local and didn't have to sit there over 4 hours. I'm always treated fairly and respectfully there and given the best deal possible.

Very good overall for American vehicles, not so much for BMWs. Went in for an oil change and aircontioner recharge. They did not have an oil filter for my 2014 X3 but got one fairly quicky. I asked and they advised all fluids are checked and topped of. The air recharge was another story. After several hours, I needed to leave. they advised there was a problem and needed more time. I took the car and advised I would come back the next morning and leave it for the day. The following day I dropped it off and after several hours I received a call advising they could not solve the issue. I picked up the car and it was blowing cold for about a minute then it blew heated air. It blew like this incessantly. I was advised they did research but could not figure out the problem. I paid for the oil change the day before and they were nice enough to only charge me $160+ to make my air issue worse. In reading the cars issue display, it advised I needed brake fluid. So much for the check and top off of fluids.
I gave them 2 stars because they were courteous and I had been there before with no problems. I have 3 BMWs and a Mercedes. The odds of going back there with any of them is ZERO.

popped my tire early morning, called ahead for options & was able to make it to the tire center, even thou their team was working on appointments, after giving me a good rate & warranty package on my new wheels, they got me fixed up in a timely fashion! Very kind & professional, no complaints from me!

My first time here after purchasing new tires on a used car. Boulevard performed the alignment, but car was still pulling a bit... was able to bring vehicle back and issue was resolved at no additional cost. Would recommend.
