BJs is kind of a cross between a club store and your local grocery store. From home goods, clothes, groceries, vitamins, bakery, and such. A lot of the groceries they have can be found at regular grocery stores but in bulk at a better price. Store is laid out nicely and clean. If interested, check out their website to check for specials to join. After joining the price can be more than paid for by just buying their gas, getting a special to join or not. Every bit of savings after that will just be a bonus. Like most other stores the time you go will determine how busy they are. Check out girls are friendly and will answer any questions you may have. Worth a look.

BJ's lost my points. Capital One lost my credit card account. Capital One said they would replace a defective credit card. Since the card was never replaced and they can't find my account, I canceled my membership.Enjoyed it for several years. But since they were 31 miles away I won't miss the drive. When they open the Palm Coast store (1 mile away) maybe I'll try them again. Sent a letter to Bob Eddy, President of BJ's. Let's see if a staffer responds.

I've been a BJ's member for 4 years. For the most part I'm happy with my experience there. Although today I had a return to make and the woman working in customer service was dealing with a customer ahead of us...no problem. However, the problem I have is we stood there for over 10 mins & not once did the woman acknowledge us & say I'll be with you shortly or anything for that matter. Once she was free she never said anything to us, did the return...not, have a good day, etc... Rude! Lack of customer service. Maybe some customer service training would help her or maybe a different job.

Nice BJ's, not far off the highway in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. It has the self pay registers or the ones with cashiers. I went to get some batteries and they had them right by the check out section Very convenient.

Disgusting dirty place... most of the food is half rotten. All the milks had cock roach p*** on them. The other items were so dirty, when wiped down cloth was black. On top of everything there price is a lot higher than other competitors. Don't understand why anyone would use them. Tried to give them chance, because close to house. I would rather drive further distance than put up with that. They should be ashamed of themselves.....

Placed our order for curbside pickup this morning at 8 and it was ready by 11am. We arrived, at 11:30 and used the app to check-in. The delivery was made promptly and items were placed directly into the back of my SUV. There wasn't a lot of space but enough to fit what was ordered. One huge difference about this particular BJ's Wholesale Club to the one close to me in Orlando, Florida is that this location s a gas stat6with gas a bit less expensive than other gas stations, plus they offer free air (which one tire was a bit low). The other part of BJ's Wholesale Club, the food part is pretty good, as well. I have been a member for years now and find myself in these locations on a somewhat regular basis. While you will not find great deals on everything in the store, there are some good deals to be had. Just make sure you know what prices are at Publix, Winn-Dixie and the like and decide what is the better price point. I do find some good prices at their deli on their cold cuts and the meat department, while not necessarily cheaper, is a good quality. I would definitely recommend here.
