Picked up a battery from my motorcycle today. My presence in the store seem to aggravate the employee that I was even there. When I asked for my information name and phone number I told them I did not want to get a bunch of emails and he said fine, no warranty on the battery. He could’ve simply stated that we register your purchase for you. I have done less than five reviews on places of business and this is my very first and negative.

Excellent experience. Take your phone there for any service (replaced my screen no problem, saved me buying a new phone and more importantly got all my kids photos back!)

iPhone battery blues. 6 months and 20 days into my iPhone 12 Pro Max battery replacement and I’m lucky to get two hours of use. The battery performance was nothing spectacular from day one of the repair but it got me by. Noticed a huge drop in battery power at the 6 month mark. I tried all the tips and tricks offered to stop or slow the fast battery drain, nothing helped. I ended up saving about $20 by using Batteries Plus replacement vs an Apple Store. Sure , the convenience of having a Batteries plus store nearby is nice but next time I’ll stick with a genuine Apple iPhone battery replacement. At least Apple gives a 12 month warranty for battery replacement which is twice what Batteries Plus offers. BTW, I’ve used 10% of my battery power to write this 5 minute review.
Pay the few extra bucks and get a genuine Apple battery. Time to charge up again.

Refused to recycle old batteries. Offered to charge me per pound to take them. Employee was very helpful, but it was his boss who made this poor decision. Typical profiteer who cares more about short term profits than saving the environment and retaining customers by doing them a favor that might cost you a few bucks. Let me know if you change your mind.

I have been in this store twice and the same staff has been there both times. Two folks have helped me and advised me as to what might work better for my lighting situation. I listened to Parker and did what he said and man was he right! The light they sold me works fantastic and in fact, I went back to buy another one. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about lighting for sure and my guess is that they have the answers for batteries as well. Anyway, very happy with this place;-) UPDATE 2024: Had a fantastic experience with Glenda and one of her teammates yesterday. They helped us with RV batteries which are the same as golf cart batteries. They have an amazing selection ready to go. If you need RV or golf cart batteries (GC-2) for example, this is the place to go for friendly, fast service and more. Highly recommended and thank you!

Glenda was very helpful in getting the battery I was looking for and informed me of other products that Batteries plus carries that I didn't know about. I would suggest if you need any type of battery I would go see her.
