Thomas with approval from Shareta took extra care of me when I arrived stressed out with a bad battery in my Prius. I really appreciate the extra effort by Thomas to help out a senior citizen late in the evening. They have earned my business from now on.

Absolutely amazing and helpful staff, The manager helped us so much letting borrow tools and saved me from getting charged an arm an a leg by a mobile mechanic. The staff here really came in to save the day?

I was at the AutoZone store this morning in Port Orange Florida getting some parts for my Honda van.It was the best customer service experience that you could ask for,Stevie Shareta and George greeted me as I entered and gave me 5 star service,these 3 are an definitely keepers.Thanks Stevie Shareta and George I will be back!

Typical for an AutoZone as far as the store is concerned. Clean, well laid out with lots of selection, all good things. The staff is in question. I won't leave a not so good review on just one visit. I went to the store four times in the last two months. First visit just walked in, got what was needed and left. No big deal. Second visit went with my daughter and was charged for something I didn't purchase. Didn't notice until getting home and seeing what we had. Daughter made the purchase and I didn't pay close attention. Third time went in asked staff opinion on two similar products to help with my purchase. He didn't even bother to look at me as he answered, acted as if i was bothering him. His tone was as if I asked for his last snickers which I never would have. Because you aren't you when you're hungry. Forth and last visit, again, cashier acted like he definitely didn't want to be there. Had an attitude and didn't try to hide it. Too many other auto stores close by to get treated badly. The attitudes make me wonder how well the staff know their business or care enough to give an honest answer. Trust is a big issue when working on your vehicle at home. Trust is something they do not have. They couldn't care less.

Even after they found the tool, Shareta was very helpful checking me out while Nicholas went outside (in the rain) and took off the cover to my license plate. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for these people. Such an amazing store, with amazing workers!!
